Very pleasant experience. Many designs to start from, and team was able to accommodate all custom requests without hesitation or delay. Can’t wait to get started with construction.

We were able to observe the process of our house on a daily basis and were very impressed at each step. From the placement of the location stakes to the last piece of quarter round for the floor we felt every detail was attended to.

Kelsey was incredible form the moment we met. Very accommodating with our time and willing to listen to us and make changes as we felt necessary and always being mindful of our budget and still leaving room for our wants and needs.
She gave us a very thorough timeline as to what to expect throughout the entire process.
We just wish she was still very much a part of our construction process.

Additional Comments - We are almost reaching our 1 year mark from the moment we stepped foot into the Katy office. It has been a learning experience and with exciting results happening as we enter the last phase of construction. Our design team was amazing and so accommodating to our requests with plenty of guidance to learn from and or real life suggestions/examples to view in real time. Our construction manager is always open to talking thru changes and what to look forward to as we go through the different phases of construction. Gives great and knowledgeable advice.

The overall experience was easy and they made the whole process easy to work through.

Tilson has made everything so easy! We really appreciated not having to get a construction loan. BIG PLUS!
