The custom nature of window treatments requires attention to detail as well as control processes and procedures to ensure a great finished result. We give you our attention! Proudly providing plantation shutters, window shades and blinds, retractable awnings, draperies upholstery & custom decorating for the greater Coastal Virginia area since 1979!

Expertise - Tgese folks know what they are.doing. Ordering with Carol was a pleasure. Hakeem indtalled the shades and, although I thought I could do it, am really glad he did. He had the experience and knowledge to get the shades up quickly and precisely. I would recommend that you consider them for your job. There may be less expensive options but they are worth what they charge.

We have had blinds from the Shade and Shutter Shop in our home for over 18 years. The quality of their products continues to be excellent. We replaced a blind for the first time last month. It’s great how the new blind blends seamlessly with the others. I really like how it now raised by lifting it up from the bottom. Time tested quality, excellent products , service and installation- could not ask for more.

It was an investment that I didn't mind making because while I could have gotten a lower price, I don't think I would have had the complete package as well executed. It increased the value of my home, and I have the correct coverage needed. It was done in a way I feel protected with the warranty and was well worth it.

Bryan was impressed with the the skills of your installer and said they will be a breeze for me to operate. I’m glad I chose a shade that has automatic controls.
