Additional Comments - This is the second time we have used The Shade and Shutter Shop. Both times, we were happy.

They do a good job, but I wish they were more transparent as far as what they do in your home. The difference between the light-filtering shades and the darkening shades was not made clear to me by the person who was selling the products. When I got the darkening shade, it was a shock to me because I did not realize it would be as dark as it was. I could not change them unless I paid a high price. I was not satisfied with that.

They were very courteous, professional and did a good job.
