Glad we called The Remodeling Authority to inspect our roof. We found there was damage from a recent hail storm and decided to get it replaced. Dru and crew were nothing but helpful and professional. He took care of dealing with our insurance company from start to finish. The roof was removed and finished the same day and looks great. Can't say enough about the service we received. Highly recommended!

The final product is ok, but getting there was not pleasant. They started five weeks after they said they would. Once started, we never knew if or when they would show up for work. Poor planning on ordering needed supplies. Many other issues too numerous to list. Promised we would receive product warranties as soon as our final payment check cleared. Ten days after it cleared, still no warranties after numerous phone calls and text messages.

I am not happy with the work and I don't feel that is is finished. I had to talk to them several times and I just noticed something else today that isn't right.

Lousy experience, never again. The price quoted was outrageous, had the job done by another licensed plumber for a 1/4 of AJ Perri's fee. There is just no justification for those prices, besides the technician had an unpleasant attitude.
