I like the gutters. All went well but there was a portion that wasn't pulled up tight to the house and was leaking. I called and emailed the sales person who told me he passed the issue on to the appropriate person and they would be in touch with me. I have not had anyone reach out to me. Follow up is important to me and this leads me to believe the Guarantee and future issues will not be handle well.

Pricing was on the inflated level

I saw them replacing gutters on a neighbors home. I asked for an estimate and it was done almost immediately They did an excellent job on my neighbors house. My neighbor had done all the research and decided on the Brothers. I did get two additional estimates but none came close to the cost and quality. One estimate was double the price I paid. Price was a factor but I would not sacrifice quality. By only doing gutters they are the experts I have recommended them to other people.
