Most jobs done were great. This one fell a bit short.

The installation with The Board Store is great. The crews that do the work are awesome. They do a great job. The salesperson does not always understand the nature of the project completely. They do not ask a lot of questions. So some things were not the way I thought they would be.

I felt the Board Store had a commitment to quality and good values.

I'm hoping to have them do more work next summer.

Martha of The Board Store was our first contact. She is friendly, knowledgeable, excels in color/design and helped us choose flooring, shower walls, hardware, vanity countertop and paint. Dominic of The Board Store completed a 4-day project in our upstairs bathroom. Removed an antiquated tub & surround, installed a beautiful walk-in shower with high quality materials. He was professional, efficient, and a great problem solver, as we own a century old house. He was assisted a couple days by a plumber but amazingly did most of the work himself. Both of the crew were well organized and kept area clean.

Did a great job. Had a small problem and called several times and told they would call back but never did. Problem was finally resolved by someone else. This small thing negated all of the good that was done.

I liked the fact that once the work was started the crew kept to the time frame. This included the plumber and electrician and my whole project was done in 5 days. They all did an excellent job.

We were looking for increased use of our porch for the fall and winter seasons coming. We are quite happy with the results of the new porch and walls we put in. We are also happy with the new windows compared to the plastic windows we had before, for the increased view of the area we live in.

They are a respected business in town, and I have worked with them on window replacements, and they are very efficient. I have had the windows for ten years but I do have another window project for next year, when I can afford the project. My experience last time and this time was excellent.

We have had 3 projects completed by the board store. Windows first, but cannot pop them out for cleaning. They r stuck in track. Large living room window project was next. Wood of window does not match trim. Last project are in comments above

Work was done exactly on the time that was estimated. They were creative in working around entry of our Ethernet cables that power all of our in house technology.
