I don't know anyone who needs home improvements at this time.
They did good work. There was delay due to a shortage, and it took longer expected. I understand everyone has had shortages, even my own friends have.

After having dealt with the B.S Starting with the ordering of my windows dealing with the sales person. I did not have to drive into La Crosse, they bring a sample window with them and help with picking out what you would like, measure everything, take time to make sure you have info on how it will go. Any questions later are answered within a reasonable time limit. COVID-19 problems with manufacturing, delivery and install, I was kept up to date and the changing time frame. Installers did a very good job, along with being friendly and informative. They also found some hidden issue with one of the windows and ordered the part right away. I used the Board store based on things I heard about them from friends and a neighbor that had work done, over the last 45 years. HEY GUYS DON'T CHANGE !!! l
I have already recommended the BS to other individuals. We utilized the BS for our home window project 6 yrs ago, and once again I was impressed with the BS work crew - pleasant, competent, and either Miles or their mother's taught them well - because they clean up after themselves.
They've done quite a bit of work for us, and we're very happy with them.
They were all master craftsman, they were so excellent with dealing with owners and animals. They were super careful and cleaned up when they were done.
I am so surprised at how much warmer it is with the new door.

Clean & Safe - I really appreciated how clean and organized they kept the workspace. They closed off the rest of the house to avoid unnecessary mess, and I came home to very clean space each day. They kept various tools and materials out of the way as well.
