While our salesman was very kind, the sales meeting felt very high pressure. We really just wanted a quote like we had received from another local bath company, but ended up just agreeing to the project as I was eager to just have it done. The biggest headaches have been with the installation crew that had several mishaps and very sloppy work. The sloppiness has not been resolved.

The shower was well installed; however the sliding glass door needs recalibrated. It still doesn't close all the way. There is a 2 in. gap

Excellent craftsmanship. On time. Done in 4 hours. Before they left. Picked everything up and vacuumed. One would not know they had been there. We have one more restroom to do. It will them then too.
