We had a positive experience with Padlock. The job was completed on time, and the site was well cleaned after the roofing was completed. We had very little damage to our landscaping.
Tadlock roofing was not professional, had poor workmanship and was over priced.
I was very impressed with the general attitude of the installation crew. They were always very helpful and pleasant when I spoke to them. They were always very happy it seemed and it was a nice feeling that they were there. They did whatever I asked them to do and were always very polite.
Tadlock business office was very professional and quick to answer all my questions, but the roofing team needed to do a more thorough job the fist time around and not have to be called back to finish the job.
Although not the least expensive, I would use them again. You get what you pay for.
We had a great initial visit by the salesman who was very knowledgeable and even left samples for us to go through. He provided great communication and did a great job all around. The quality of the job materials was great and the installation crew worked hard to get the job done. The only issue I had was that the team needs to have better communication between the office and the installation crew. The installation crew needs to be more cognizant of the area around the home since they damaged my shrubs and flowers. Overall I would recommend Tadlock Roofing.

I asked for pictures of roof wood rot. I asked 3 times and never got them. Finally after a late notice, I paid the invoice. I was told he forgot, they were not uploaded yet about 2-3 weeks later, then he was waiting on a response. I never heard from him again.
We are very satisfied with our roof itself. It looks good and was completed on time. However, we were not informed that our gutter screens would be torn off and not replaced. Tadlock supplied us with an estimate for replacement but it was just a price with no information about the product they were proposing to install. We made several attempts to get information about the gutter product. It has been 6 weeks since the install and we still have no information and no gutter screens. Also, I went into my attic a few weeks after the roof replacement and found shingles and other debris on my HVAC air handler from where they had cut the opening for the ridge vents.

Lack of communication, the overall length of time it took, the way they left the job site, and the container they left here, I would not recommend them, especially after seeing the other companies that did my neighbors.
Have not completed their commitment to provide me with a bronze certification for the $15,000 roof that I have paid for.
