Just had our roof replaced by Sun-Tec and couldn't be happier! The sales team walked us through the project easily and the install crew did an amazing job. I was blown away on how clean they were. Multiple times a day they were cleaning up and walking around with magnets collecting any possible nails. Great to see a crew with work ethic and pride in what they do!!

This company was great! They did everything for me, including contacting my HOA. Usually, I would have to contact them. They kept me informed of every single step. They emailed me about what was happening.

Customer service has been nonexistent. It has been difficult to get someone from Sun-Tech to return phone calls. During the Initial install, one of the technicians put a hole in my roof so when we had rain, rain water leaked into my kitchen. Within the first month of service I discovered that our system had been operating at 50% performance for nearly four weeks. At no time did Sun-Tech follow-up regarding quality control or customer satisfaction. There is no interface between Sun-Tech maintenance and the Enphase system software.
Installation and operation are good. Communication could have been better.
I have had a Solar Hot Water Heater from Suntec for several years and that is why I contacted them about the Solar Panels,
I have had alot of problems with various companies here in florida. Sun-tec has shown me there are still some out there that really do follow through with what they tell you and strive to exceed your expectations. I learned alot about this industry and how it works. Sun tec does not take advantage of their clients ignorance, instead they take the time to educate us so that we can make good decisions. They do not use fake marketing schemes to hook people like many others do. Their sales people are trained to promote honesty and information. I and proud to have their product on my roof and their sign in my yard.
Every time I call they respond quickly.
The crews were very courteous and professional and explained everything to us. They had issues with Port Saint Lucie Bldg. Dept. But they worked very hard and diligently to resolve. Ray was excellent on keeping me informed and working together to get concerns taken care of .
Areas Of Satisfaction - The crews that installed electric panels and new water heater panels and new water heater were EXCEPTIONAL !!POLITE, COURTEOUS ,PROFESSIONAL , RESPECTFUL, FRIENDLY , AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US !I WOULDN'T WANT ANY OTHER CREWS INSTALLING MY SOLAR NEEDS !!!

From the moment I made the sale to the time of installation, and after the installation, Sun-Tec has been quick with the service, Thang helped me a lot in understanding how to see the energy savings I am having.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Installation was very fast. The support that Thang gave me was what really helped me to understand how to calculate the profit and what I must do to improve consumption in my home.
The installers are the best. The roof never leaked and my electric bill was cut 75-80%, but the office people are not very professional. NO ONE is ever in the office and the phone is rarely answered and they dont get back to you even if you leave a message. This really destroys public confidence. After all the money you spend they should at least have someone to answer phone calls SOMEWHERE in that office.
