They did a fantastic job in such a short time. I will definitely tell others about state wide. However, it depends on what they can afford.

There was no follow-up by a supervisor to check off the job and I thought the caulking was poorly done.

Start to finish everything was great. Very professional and friendly.

Help every step of the way. Lots of people engaging making sure the process was moving along and that we were happy.

Show actual footage of an installed shower unit. Or videos would also help.

I was very impressed with the knowledge Mark had. He was able to answer every question and seemed very confident and the results were beautiful.

Per usual once problems occurred the lack of response from our salesman Matt and the supervisor Michael fell short and to date neither of them have followed up

The original sales pitch in scheduling started out good but then it took longer because people weren't measuring things right and it wasn't as smooth as the salesperson said it would be and it was constant having to call and find out what the status was.

They did great work on the promised schedule. Workers were mannerable and respectful of our time and property.

I had a great experience with everyone I communicated with at Statewide Remodeling. The workmanship is also stellar.

I’ve used Statewide 4 times before. Sunroom, awnings, and window replacements.

Swapped out my old bathtub for a jet tub. They had it done in one day. Very quick and they kept everything nice and clean.

They were very professional and very polite. They cleaned up their messes with a vacuum. Did a great job?I highly recommend them. The windows are wonderful. I can raise them and tilt them to clean both top and bottom.

Communication between departments to make the jobs run smoother. There was a lot of miscommunication with our job.
Also, receiving a price breakdown would’ve been nice. We felt in the dark with what we were actually paying for.

Shower is to long. We now have 7" between the toilet and shower wall. 29" from house wall to back of shower wall. Was told total lenght would be 60", and it 64". Can't use toilet properly because of such close comfinment. They never plugged holes in floor from old plumbing and water lines. Cut big holes in west wall and ripped drywall covering. Never tried to patch. Can't turn on water full force because we were never asked what type of fitures we wanted. There's no indication of what way to turn handle to turn on water or which is cold or hot, which is very dangerous. We wanted a 48"x48" walkin shower and were told they didn't make them, but Home Depot has them in stock, probably where this one was purchased. The original garden tube was 46"x36". This shower is 60" x 33", big difference. All we wanted was a 48"x48" shower.
