The installer was the only saving grace since so many things were omitted delaying his installation. Three main items are still not installed because the wrong things were sent
Or not sent at all. Some of those will have added difficulty when and if they are ever installed because they weren’t installed at the appropriate time. I could only recommend this company if someone wants to spent over $25,000 for a shower with missing door, hand bar and seat for elderly.

Very nice work and everyone was friendly and thoughtful. Loved the finished product.

Had shower done but didn’t get our shower door put on. Kept contacting my contact and they said they would get back to me or pass on the info to the area supervisor which I never heard from. As of now we still don’t have the door put back on. Very dissatisfied with the way this has been going.

Make sure work area is protected

The job was done quickly and they cleaned up well. Finished product in very nice.

This is the second window I purchased from Statewide. Amanda in the office and Abraham the installer were great to work with.

The only reason we went Statewide for window replacement, was the salesman. The company charges approximately times more than the other companies.

Professional company

way too over priced and way too many people that were involved with the communication. There was at least 6 different people in communication plus the contractor.

We were impressed by the fact that your salesperson came to our home very quickly following our initial call. The gentleman, Chad Shaw, was enthusiastic, well-dressed, respectful of us and our home, and efficient.

The installation process was also well-handled. There was a problem with size/color of one of the components when the installers first came.

After discussion and a visit from the project manager, we decided to wait until all was right.

We found it impressive that we were kept informed at every turn.

Mike and Cesar were courteous and efficient in the ways they did their jobs.
