My concerns where given excuses and not fixed to the level of professionalism it should have been. Everyone i raised concerns to only have excuses and spoke to me like I'm an idiot

Once a contract was signed and a down payment was made, I could not get in touch with the sales person for clarification on the contract terms. I also made requests for clarification to the company representatives and did not receive confirmation of my concerns. This in my opinion is due to the company structure and how too many people pass the buck and no one is responsible for the customer.

I liked that they worked with me to get the shower I wanted. It is expensive.

The work was done as ordered. Everything was done beautifully and quickly while maintaining quality.

I've had multiple visits by workmen and the windows are still not all fixed. The installation went fairly well, but the follow-up on replacing tensioners is dismal. I'd like to be finished so I can wash the windows!
