We had issues on the front end of the project and I was ready to cancel. It was very upsetting to say the least.

I did not receive my windows from a IRS approved vender so I did not get a tax break. I was only told this after I paid for all of the windows and they were installed! I thought ALL windows should be eligible but yours were not!

Between ordering and installation, there was little to no communication. Got 1 phone call giving me a date for install, then nothing. I tried multiple times the day before to get confirmation, but was unable to talk to anyone. All I got was voicemails. Until one nice young lady in the call center was actually helpful at 7 pm the night before install.

I can reccomend their service unequivocally. You are in good hands.
