Damaged property. Gave money for damaged property but some pieces are so damaged and I have no one to go to to fix the damage. So money didn't help. Cannot find husbands gold wedding band (passed away 3 years ago) . The only damage I am furious about is the top of my electric fireplace which has a smashed lip which is noticeable. It is wood and husband helped build it. gouges in my dresser could care less. This is horrifying anyway, a fire but to have things come back damaged is very hard to handle

Yes, when using traditional incondesent bulbs make sure it is marked dimmable (most are). If you are moving into the realm of LED things get a bit more complicated. Many LED bulbs say dimmable but can ... read more
