ServPro did an excellent job cleaning my home after a"blowback" of ashes from our fireplace occurred because the flue was not warm enough. The downdraft got us.Once contacted came in and cleaned my house from ceiling to floor ,cabinets (inner and outer). They didn't miss a spot. They did a final cleaning yesterday of upholstery, carpets, throw rugs, pillows etc. They are very professional. Eager to please! They communicated well with me and my insurance company as well.

Very professional, polite, efficient and very careful not to damage interior surroundings. A few years ago we used "Serve Pro" to participate in removing a hidden "black mold" condition and they were outstanding. I had not used them before that, but observing their work, I was impressed and have used Serve Pro since to clean carpets in our home. So far, Serv Pro is the best.

Additional Comments - I just want to say I was at my most lowest point, most everything was damaged from the small flood, but you guy's took the worry out of it all for me, I sat back and just watched you move, I didn't have to lift a finger to do anything, you came in got the job done. It took a little longer to finish the job because I had to list the ages of everything but I am so pleased with the way it was all handled. Thank you.

Serpro came into my home and took advantage of me. They charged an exorbitant rate to just dry a carpet in 3 rooms that had some water and take out a few baseboards. There was not a great amount of water. They left a moldy smelling carpet in my home even though I had mentioned that my wife was sick with cancer and it needed to be removed. I had to advise the workers to call first as opposed to coming to my home early in the morning unannounced. There was an equipment fail in which the carpet was rewet again and they had to leave equipment there that they were supposed to be picking up. They claim that they treated for mold, I did not see that take place. They used up all the money that was supposed to go towards making things right again in my home. When I was contacted by phone that they had used up the entire monies and left my home in disarray I could not believe it. The person who called had no concern for me or my family and was very cold in his conversation. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. It has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in dealing with a business.
