I was over pleased with the way I and my family was treated. How well the work was done. Even though a couple of items were unavailable they still got the next item that was equal to what I wanted. I would recommend your company to all my friends and family.

The damage associated with my claim was very small, yet it took Servpro four months to complete. I was told they were just to busy with other jobs. My project was not on there list of priorities so they took their time and made me wait. I'm not impressed with Servpro and would not recommend them.

The technicians provided a quick response to drying out my kitchen and bathroom after a leak occurred. The blowers were on for several days and they came every morning to check the status. Once they totally dried the rooms, they offered to have their construction people to come out and bid for the repairs. However, they were so backed up, I researched my own contractor to get the job done more quickly.
