Hi, I'm Robert Wilbanks, the Owner and Managing Partner of SEC Roofing and Construction Group. After 23 years of being in and around this industry, SEC Roofing & Construction Group was founded with a 2.0 business model of transparency, industry-leading technology, and a consultation first approach, not a sales first approach. After seeing and hearing so many “war stories” of customer maltreatment due to greed-driven predatory CONtractors I wanted to create a company founded on an education first model. I wanted a company that presented all facts, options, and pathways available to our customers in the first consultation before any decisions are made, no different than any other true profession. By putting the “sales” part aside, my goal was to establish a level of trust from the start, along with unrivaled customer experience and quality craftsmanship by using in-house employees from start to finish.
