Areas Of Satisfaction - We were able to close quickly. They completed everything on the punchlist, and are following up after about things that were not completed on time. We used their preferred mortgage lender, and they were great.
From the very beginning when I met with Anne the sales consultant I felt welcomed and that I was being treated with respect. This has been a great process. I’ve been satisfied so far.
The quality of the finishes does not match the price point. However, their designs are really nice. They do a really good job of the space allocation.
The landscaping was not covered in the warranty, and they did not do a good job with making sure rain and runoff drained properly. We had to have another person come out to do that. They refused to do anything regarding the warranty on that. The quality of the construction was great, and they responded to my other problems.

Dishonest is the first word that comes to mind. They call you, email, and act as if you're a valuable customer until you purchase your home. Then they won't help you with anything. My grass looks terrible, creaks, and squeaks, and tons of nail pops in the house. No follow up they just say we've moved onto a new project and ignore you. I've tried numerous times to get assistance and no one cares. Be cautious when initially filling out their survey because if I could retract my initial review I would.

We were very pleased with our experience from the first time we spoke with Sherry expressing interest to the time of closing. Sherry, Jason, and the rest of the team were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful through each stage of the process, which was of particular importance to us given this is our first time purchasing a newly built home. We are loving the home itself, especially the quality of the materials used and layout of the space. I would recommend them to anybody looking to partner with a builder for their home!

The timeline of the selection for built units is not properly communicated to clients. The builder pushes certain selections first without giving the client proper time to consider different options. And then the client has no time to adjust selections accordingly.
Warranty - Great warranty and follow through. This is the main reason we went with Saussy and we have not been let down. Thanks for that.
