Since I moved 4 months ago. There are several issues that keep coming up cabinets electricity and windows! The townhome shaken when heavy trucks go by the street. The window issues may have been caused by the shaking. At this point I wonder if the foundation was improperly done. I call the guarantee number and nobody called me back.

Customer Suggestion - From a design standpoint, SB placed certain appliances or other features that we would have expected to see in a lesser priced home. Specifically, the dishwasher, oven and microwave are something we might expect in a starter home, vs. a $1MM+ home. Plastic toilet seats (Connor fixed that and had better quality ones installed) The electrical architecture was a bit lacking. Switch locations, particularly for the ground floor, are only located on that ground floor, meaning we have to go downstairs to turn off many of the exterior lights. Most homeowners in this neighborhood (including us) have a golf cart, and an extra refrig or freezer or two downstairs. Larger voltage plugs and breakers as standard install would have been nice. (I'm paying to have that additional capacity added)

There is good and bad, as always with a new build. Unfortunately it was pandemic time. Still no excuse for things to not still be handled 6 months after closing. Up until closing and immediately after you could get help then it all went away and never came back. 6 months later issues on walk through documentation are still not resolved. I am happy with the house inside, after finally getting the cabinet people, paint people, etc. to finish the work.

We had a great experience with Saussy Burbank from start to 1 year later with warranty coverage. We would definitely have another Saussy Burbank home in the future.

We are very satisfied and enjoy our home. All individuals with Saussy Burbank were and still are very helpful and friendly.

There is room for improvement during the contract negotiation and materials selection process but until the project is completed may be too early to discuss. Hope that changes made will still enable the house to withstand extreme weather.
