Areas Of Satisfaction - They get on the Job and don't delay. Having very diverse capabilities is a big plus for R&T. A "one stop shopping center" for Roofing, Insulation, Guttering, Carpentry, Cement work makes it much easier in General Contracting. The way R&T delegates responsibilities is good way to go. Having a Program Manager for each job helps with the coordination when several projects are occurring at one site.

The team at Rock & Tait was wonderful. I had a tree fall on my garage, and they were great about helping me deal with my insurance company. They were able to take care of the most urgent issue (the hole in the roof) pretty quickly, then stayed in touch for scheduling the rest of the project. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

There was also another member of the concrete crew who visited our home the night before to look at the sight and to answer any addition questions that we had. I appreciated the time that both of these individuals took.

I can only wish there were more stars to give them. Exemplary organization and workmanship. The workers took the time to be cleaning as they went along and very courteous to us. The pricing wasn't a single cent higher than quoted, which was just below their competitors and quality of materials is greater than the others. Rock and Tait can expect to return for future projects.
