A "one stop shopping center" for Roofing, Insulation, Guttering, Carpentry, Cement work makes it much easier in General Contracting. The way R&T delegates responsibilities is good way to go. Having a Program Manager for each job helps with the coordination when several projects are occurring at one site.

I can only wish there were more stars to give them. Exemplary organization and workmanship. The workers took the time to be cleaning as they went along and very courteous to us. The pricing wasn't a single cent higher than quoted, which was just below their competitors and quality of materials is greater than the others. Rock and Tait can expect to return for future projects.

We have an older home on the East Hill that needed lots of love. We decided to hire Rock and Tait because from day 1 our experience with this company has been top notch. We had to change our project a few times to meet our goals and they were very flexible to add and update the contract. They were very transparent on cost, which was refreshing. The workmanship is beautiful, the guys that came to work on the house were courteous, hard working, tidy, and very polite. We never had an issue with coming home to a mess or unfinished work. We also had a concrete patio installed and that process was quick and we are absolutely loving the results!
