Since 2002 ROC Homes has been an integral part of shaping Inner Loop Lifestyles. Each ROC community is uniquely designed with special attention to architectural detail, having private driveways, and allowing for as much green space as possible. We believe in “Urban Elbow Room®”. We live in Columbus Ohio. Do I need a concrete base for a hot tub? The tub will be7'x7'. How important is it to have 220v. ?

Yes you really should. With freezing temps, frost, and the funny movement of the earth and setteling its best to just do it right the first time. Pour a 4" slab with some 18" OC Rebar (18" on center). ... read more
