We like the quality of the sliding glass door, the workmanship of installation; however, communication about setting up installation time left something to be desired. On the day of scheduled installation, which was 2-3 weeks beyond what we expected, Rite window called and cancelled the installation. They scheduled a date 2 weeks later, which was unacceptable to us.

Quality product, made in USA, good warranty plan, in house contractor/installation team, sales rep willing to work with me to come up with a pricing plan to my satisfaction

I recommend listening to your customers and doing whatever you need to for them. Your products are not cheap and are very costly, so if your customer is not satisfied with the final product and install, listen to their issues and correct them to their satisfaction, not to your companies policies. Competition is waiting for a chance to steal your customer. Dont allow that to happen due to ignorance.

Overall, we had a good experience with Rite Windows. The sales presentation was very well done, not pushy but very informative. Also, the installation crew was very efficient and professional. Our installation was quick and easy. Our only negative aspect was around the permitting. Our project got confused with another by the Rite representative. This created a lot of confusion on our end with trying to figure out what was going on and if we were all set for installation. There was also no comprehensive follow-up by the Rite representative, and it was not until the install team called to schedule that we were able to get someone to verify that the permit was setup correctly.
