I am very happy that I had Rite Window come to my home and install my beautiful walk-in shower. I actually had installed a walk-in shower the year before from a building supplier. I was not happy with the quality of the shower install and so I opted to pay a much higher price for Rite Window, but I don’t regret it. It was worth it.

The workers were very professional. My bathroom is not particularly large so they had to maneuver very large sections within the bathroom. Additionally, my residence is a third-floor condominium with no elevator and they had to contend with 27 stairs! Not an easy task, to say the least! But the workers managed those two issues very well and completed the project beautifully!

There are project issues that as of yet have not been resolved to our satisfaction. Our original experience was simply great, right now not so much. Hopefully it can be resolved to our satisfaction and we can once again highly recommend it.

They took the time to explain, answer any questions and give demonstrations of the operation of the windows and entry door that were installed. I would, without any hesitation, recommend Rite Window to anyone who is looking to have windows or entry doors installed in their home.

Excellent workmanship

Great job by entire team. From sales, to measuring, to scheduling install, and the communication between the on-site installation team. I made this a nine instead of 10 because I didn’t get additional quotes, which is my miss, so I really don’t know if other big firms would’ve been cheaper.

I would be glad to recommend this to any one. The install and followup were verydeserving!

Variability in service post application and and a couple of errors in the initial install. Not serious issues but definitely inconvenient. Resolution once escalated was, however, excellent.

We sent pictures of what we were not happy with. Holes for the shelves which were not in the right place and more had to be made. We now have extra holes, though they can’t be seen that is not the quality we expected. Also, there was a huge space between the panel and the wall which was filled in with caulking to “fix It”. Again pictures were sent. Not the quality we expected.

The quality of these windows are not great. The screens don't seem to close evenly, the windows are getting more difficult to slide up and down and there are drafts that occur in several. I have been chasing you folks for weeks on this and I have to check back each time to find out the status - you took months to actually install them when I was told 6-8 weeks and I am deeply regretting this decision.

yes, quality of materials, respectable craftsmanship, but lacking good communication

My questions were answered in a timely fashion. The team kept me updated before and during the install.

The experienc was better than I expected as the sales person lived localy, well dressed and well spoken. The terms nand conditions of the sale were also attrctive.

The windows look great. The installers were very nice and efficient. Cleaned up well after everything was installed.
