Better communication. More careful and not do damage. Accidents happen I know. And lastly clean up better.

From the first contact using Kohler website to find local dealer pointing us to Rite Window we had excellent representatives. Communication was clear and kept on top of by every department along the way.

The quality of these windows are not great. The screens don't seem to close evenly, the windows are getting more difficult to slide up and down and there are drafts that occur in several. I have been chasing you folks for weeks on this and I have to check back each time to find out the status - you took months to actually install them when I was told 6-8 weeks and I am deeply regretting this decision.

Communication was extremely poor.....phone calls were not returned and we had to continually call back to find out the status of our shower. We ordered the shower on 1/3/25 and was not installed until 4/18/25. Updates would have gone a long way.

The new shower is one of the best renovation investments that I have made. I went from that small tub/shower surround to a shower-only oasis. I expanded it to a 36-inch base and the roominess is awesome. The Luxstone walls are solid, non-plasticky, unlike acrylic walls. The water repels right off of them and there is no grout or wall caulking to deal with. It was pricey but the quality and the shower experience are well worth it. The installation team was very professional and took care to keep the house clean and damage free.

The quality of the product is well worth the price. Especially, if comparing it to other shower materials. Installation staff were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. Plus they clean up everything before they leave.

Awesome quality great looking custom-made windows at a price much lower than that "replacement window" company. Reasonable turn-around time. Very professional, efficient, and friendly install crew. And great communication from the company keeping us in the loop while our 11 very large (84" tall) windows were being manufactured. Plus, no change to the exterior appearance of our 1865 French Victorian mansion (it's condos now -- we couldn't afford a real mansion!)

The entire project from sales to completion of installation was completed in a timely, efficient manner. We are extremely satisfied with the process, as well as with the finished product. We absolutely recommend Rite Window without hesitation.
