Overall, my experience was positive. The installers arrived on time and were leaving at 11am - just as it started to rain! Matt & Jeff were courteous. Matt answered all of my questions. I was curious about the process. Matt also showed me how to open the windows to clean the outside. Yay!
I wasn’t expecting a perfect match to the existing woodwork but, the window frames are darker than expected. Perhaps a sample of the choices could be offered to future customers.
Good customer service. You kept me updated on my order and accommodated my personal schedule. Thanks.

Professional all the way through the process from initial contact to installation.

The workers were fine but the job took seven days to complete. It was a nightmare! The dust from the job has made it necessary for us to have our furniture and carpeting cleaned and there was a hole put through the bathroom wall into the bedroom that now has to be patched up. Dealing with someone in MA complicated the whole process including the fact that nobody showed up on the day it was to begin. The materials are fine, but I now feel I should have hired a local company to do the work.

I didn't think the quality of materials was exceptional for something that costs over $15,000. I expected more new materials and a higher quality of materials. My experience was that they removed as little as possible and installed the bare minimum to save on costs rather than put in new materials wherever possible to ensure the quality of the installation.

I think they are a bit overpriced

Had to supervise the install more than I felt I should have.

A couple of minor issues, but still a 10. Installers were about an hour late. When job was almost complete, and I went to check, they had brought the wrong door. Yet it was quickly rectified the next day.

To have a shower with no grout is a dream come true. Not only will it be so easy to clean, it looks very sleek.

I had a hard time finding out when the shower doors would be installed, I was always sent to a phone that was never answered nor was the message answered untill I was contacted by Mary Goosewilcher about 3 weeks after the install couldn't be completed till new shower doors were ordered . I called the office and the sales rep,. and the web site leaving message numerous time with no respoinse, VERY frustrating , they just needed to tell me how long it would be.

Thet were so very helpful in removing my shades since I am just ab0out 5Feet. My husband has died and I was unable to remove teem myself. They were very respectful and very clean There was no damage to my shrubs in spite of them being right in front of this very large window, reaching almost to the ground.

Never pulled a building permit never got a licensed plumber on site till after the town inspector came and shut them down. Took five days to install call people no one returned calls.

Lack of contact from the initial sales rep. Wanted to confirm and/or change layout of shower but never heard back.

Very expensive, finished product needed more work than expected

We have had 3 installs with Rite window because we have been so happy with them. What started out as windows, expanded to sliders and that expanded to sunroom windows. Any concerns after installation were promptly resolved. The support staff, sales and supervisors were always upfront and immensely helpful.

The Kohler brand sold me and having a new shower installed in a day was worth any added cost. And the promotional 18- month financing was helpful.

Aside from the financial error — where I was triple charged for the down payment on the same day I placed my order — I would like to address a few additional concerns. Upon completion of the installation, I provided a check for the remaining balance. I was not informed that my checking account would also be charged electronically while you retained the physical check.In addition, I noticed several issues with the installation quality:The door handle bars are misaligned.The shelf installed above the grab bar is misaligned. My bathroom door frame was damaged during installation.A floor tile next to the new shower was cracked.

They were on time and polite and did exactly what I needed done in my new walk in shower! I’m very short and all the installation was lower than they usually work with.

The installation was very efficient and the crew worked neatly and communicated with me on placement of grab bars.

Any interaction between myself and the corporate office over promised and under delivered. For instance, the salesperson said the project typically takes 1 day, 2 at the absolute max. Ours took 4. After finding out on the third day that the doors wouldn’t fit, they said someone would reach out with next steps. Two days later and no calls, I called myself. Getting updates on the doors proved challenging. Multiple calls and voicemails went unanswered and unreturned.
