I LIKED THE WAY,I WAS INFORMED ALL THE TIME. NOT MANY COMPANIES DO THAT. i HAD A NUMBER I COULD CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.

Would recommend, not cheap, however nothing is anymore. I don’t mind paying for quality and this was a first class installation.

We originally contracted with Home Care Solutions, but later found that Rite Window had taken over, which was confusing, given that we were doing a shower renovation. We would likely recommend, but think there is a branding issue that needs to be addressed.

I love the product. I had a beautiful tiles walk in shower that was way too much work to keep clean. This new install is exactly what I wanted. Clean lines. Easy to keep clean.

The salesman was courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful during the quoting process. Customer service kept us up to date on project status. The installation team was excellent. Very personable and efficient.

We could in good faith recommend your company as a representative of Kohler products and services to a friend because we would have not idea as to the quality of installers that would show up at their door.

Front end (sales and arranging for installation) was not well coordinated. Numerous false starts and problems with site assessment. On the other hand, installation crew was first rate.

This was my second experience with Rite Window. I was happy with all aspects of my experience with them, which is why I engaged them a second time, not only to replace a shower but also to install a patio door. The second experience mirrored the first in its highly professional approach to the assignment, from in-home sales to installation and follow-up.

I liked the punctuality, the explanation// demonstration of products to be used, knowledgeable and courteous treatment to the customers. Something you don’t see much today. The quick way thy responded to any problem, question we had.
We were very pleased and satisfied with services and products.

I think the best part was that everything was completed within two weeks once we decided to go ahead with our new shower. It is exactly what we wanted and we love it. No regrets.

The whole process was seamless. The day Bob came to our house to finishing this job, everything was great.

Not only was the product as advertised, the workmen were excellent. All the people we worked with were e emplary.

While the windows are much more expensive than the competitors' versions, I selected these windows because they are energy star compliant and Joel Harris's, our salesman, presentation of the quality (workmanship and materials) along with his knowledge of the windows is what sold us.

I find it very disappointing that I spent 20k on just a tub and no one can come back to throw on a second coat of mud and paint. Now I have an unfinished project, at that price I feel I should have been better informed and left with zero loose ends.

The whole process was wonderful, they did not use high pressure sales tactics, they were willing to listen to what we wanted and what worked within our budget and they work was done efficiently and quickly. We are very happy with our new windows!!

I wanted a water tight shower and I did not get one. The doors do not shut flush against the walls causing water to leak to the outside bottom rail and some onto the floor. I have been in many showers in my life and none of them had leaked. I am very dissatisfied.

Timely morning arrival on Day 1 was great. Mid-afternoon arrival on Day 2 meant a late day and clean up after they left around 7 pm.

The clean up in basement was not done- floor as well as close cupboard. Had cupboard with baking items near by, I could have covered it up with some drop cloths if I had known the dirt would be getting on it.. Also from guys stepping in tub to install, the traction surface seems to be be damaged from shoes, giving it a dirty appearance.

In the sales presentation the sales rep discussed seamless walls. We were very surprised to see plastic click-in seams. It makes the shower look cheap. This would be fine if we paid $8000, but the cost is $17000. We paid premium price and received, what we feel, is a budget looking shower.

Everyone involved was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely careful of my home.

The guys who installed were GREAT. The only issue we have with the windows that has nothing to do with them is the shiny noticeable sealant on the windows. Apparently this was the only choice given we have a log home.

The process was very easy. John Willett delivered what he promised. Brian was very responsive and listened to my needs and any concerns along the way. Mark had a few hiccups at first but once he got going it all worked out. Very happy with my new windows. Hopefully nice and warn next winter

The project turned out just as promised. I've had windows and now a shower completed and am very happy with the lifetime warrantly. I've used it once on the windows to replace a broken screen.

Quality work done in a timely manner and the employees were great and professional

The job came out great! But after the crew left we realized there wasn’t any power in our bedroom. After calling in an electrician and him spending a day an a half trying to figure out why no power we found that when the crew was cutting out my old shower unit with a saws- all they cut into an electrical wire that feeds our bedroom.
This wire was in the back of the new
shower unit. Thus we had to cut open
A wall to get to the cut wire .
After making 8 phone calls and speaking to 4 people i have not received a response.

Did not know you could not buy this product anywhere else.

The installers were on time, hardworking, pleasant, and professional. They cleaned up the area nicely when the job was complete. We are very pleased with the shower installation.

The representative who sold us the product, the person who go set up the appointment, and the team that worked on the installation were very professional and managed the project from start to finish. We encountered a problem and everyone worked to help us deal with it.

The entire process, from sales to installation was easy and well-manage. Not only was Rite Window the cheapest option I looked at, but they were ready to answer any questions, and get the installation done quickly and professionally.

Although we originally considered this a DIY project, it was a tricky opening and we’re glad we left it to professionals who deal with this every day.
