They were good to work with,but I'm not sure if i got a complete installation. Not happy how my sliding door was left and the outside trim around the windows.

I love my new windows. Everyone we worked with was very professional and nice.

I will not hesitate to recommend to my family and Friends.

Everything was great until the install day.

Whole experience was pleasant and professional. Sales to installation was perfect. The only thing wrong was that the work was done in under a day when they said one to two days. That was a big plus. Waited the suggested v24 hours for the seals to cure and was amazed at the new tub and shower setup. I just wished I did this a decade ago.

This experience was amazing. I received response from the company very quickly. My rep had me scheduled for a consult the same week. He came on time, was very professional and thorough with his explanation and demos of the products available to me and my options. From there we had a professional measure of all of our windows that were getting replaced. The order was placed for my new custom windows and next thing you know I have an appointment for my install. This team came and they were amazing. Professional and driven. I had 8 windows and a 5 panel bow/bay window getting replaced. The team worked so well together to get this done. The project manager walked around occasionally inside and outside to inspect the quality of the work his team was doing. Overall they were very impressive. I'm looking forward to using them again in the spring.

They were very professional from the onset. It was no high pressure easy to work with. The salesperson was on time and was very engaging. We were not home for the installation team but our daughter was and they seem to do their job very well

Out Kohler shower install with Rite Window exceeded our expectations. Every person we engaged with was friendly and professional. They treated our home with great care and left the work area impeccably clean at the end of each day. The finished shower was even nicer than I had envisioned, and we even found a great new plumber in the process! Very satisfied!

Installation was poor and the wall panels are damaged with scratches and gouges. Also caulking was slopping, had holes I had to repair and was smeared in a large area of the wall. The installer did not call me back when asked to to fix these issues. I do not recommend Rite Windows.

Only took a couple weeks from ordering to installation, which took 7 hours, water was off for only 2 (which I appreciated). Installer checked with us about where we wanted all the grab bars, shower heads, floating shelf and seat. Good communication all around.

Pleasant experience from sales to completion. I was kept abreast of the scheduling of materials through the installation. The installation team was professional, very careful of my property, did a quick and superb installation. They explained all the new features. The result was very pleasing to the eye, the fit and finish were first rate.The.y cleaned up everything and the only trace of there presence was a beautiful new bath and shower. I really liked how they merged the edge of the new items to the adjacent tiling.

Rite Window installed 9 windows several years ago, and just installed my unrepairable kitchen window and it looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend Rite Window. You won't regret it.

Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Was amazed at how quickly the installation was done with little upheaval or mess to the room. The gentleman that installed the windows was wonderful not only was he professional but very friendly.

Great experience! Luis was the Product Specialist who originally stopped by to discuss options. No pressure sales, very pleasant, informative, professional. Brian stopped over a few days later to take measurements. Once again efficient, personable, and professional. Quentin and Charlie were my installers for the day. I can’t say enough good things about these two. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. They’re a great team who went above and beyond. Under promise and over deliver sums these two up for me. They replaced 11 windows and fixed more things than I had known were problems. Even replacing an extra window sill slightly outside the job scope, preventing further issues I was bound to have down the road. I won’t hesitate to call Rite Window when I’m ready to have more work done, fingers crossed Quentin and Charlie will be my installers for that job too!

My experience with the Kohler team was professional. They arrived when they said they would and they finished when they said they would that’s how it’s supposed to go and that’s how it went. I’m very happy with the two installers and the rest of the people that I’ve met.

The installation team of Quentin and Charlie were clean polite and a pleasure to deal with and they did a fabulous job on a difficult property with asbestos siding. Would highly recommend rite window for your project.

Windows are new but if they stand the test of time, this is definitely a good option to consider for a mid-priced window. Staff is very thorough and courteous.

Installers were professional, courteous and treated our house like it was their own.

We took bids from other window replacement companies and felt like we were dealing with a used car salesman. Not the case with Rite window the salesman was on time was professional with his presentation and didn’t play let’s make a deal. There was constant contact as to progress on the job. The installation was done quickly and the work area was left clean The installer was very professional Most importantly my wife was very happy!

Workmanship was fine but careless about damage, pucked hall closet door in two places, marred bathroom ceiling which will have to be painted, damaged large cellar mat which will have to be replaced.

From sales to installation to post installation, they have been great.

The installers did a great job with the installation and explaining the operation of the fixtures.
