Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Rite Window for the Kohler installation - this is a premium product at a premium price point and the installation created unexpected out-of-pocket expenses for us.

The work was done in an efficient and timely manner. All interactions with the company were pleasant, respectful and productive.

From the very beginning, every step moved very smoothly and quickly. Colin, my salesperson was helpful with the purchasing process, the correspondence was clear and speedy, and the workers took great care as to not disturb anything in my home , protected everything in the work area and were very polite during my installation. The end product was beautiful.

Sales team was knowledgeable and very patient answering my many questions Customer service phone support was a bit less helpful but the rep called right away to solve that issue Windows are great but the grids are wider than I realized …my bad. There was an issue with a wrong order on three windows which was corrected and replaced with no trouble

I am very happy with the quality of the product and the professionalism and expertise of the guys that did the installation.

The installation did not occur on the scheduled day because someone in the office did failed to put in the work order. We saw the salesman reserve that day on his laptop. When the workers did not show up, I phoned Ayissa to find out what was happening, she said she would look into it, but did not call back. I then phoned our salesman who got busy and got us scheduled for the next day. (I had repeated emails telling us to be ready for our installation on the 20th ) The workers did arrive right at 8:00 the next morning and worked steadliy. We should have checked on their work as they went along, but trusted that it would go well, big mistake. Our salesman ordered a shelving set that was indented , but by the time we saw the job, they had already put the wall in place. Three grab bars were on the intial order and only two were installed. I examined their work order and sure enough, it didn't contain a third grab bar or inset shelving unit. I saw the screen on which our salesman had put in the order. Again we contacted our salesman who arranged for an installer to come on Monday to put in the grab bar and two flimsy corner shelves. The shelves are better than nothing, but not what had been ordered. We have nothing particluar against the Koheler brand, but truly feel that Ritewindow needs to get their act together. I would really hesitate to recomend your company to anyone.

Very good installation crew. Very high quality product. We have been a Kohler user for many years.

The installer was great, very knowledgeable about installing windows and did a wonderful job. It was very hot that day (around 100 degrees) and he carried on with his job as if it was a comfortable 70 degree environment.

I’m just so impressed with all the staff that I have communicated with in all departments. I would recommend Rite Window for anyone that needs new windows.

We like the quality of the sliding glass door, the workmanship of installation; however, communication about setting up installation time left something to be desired. On the day of scheduled installation, which was 2-3 weeks beyond what we expected, Rite window called and cancelled the installation. They scheduled a date 2 weeks later, which was unacceptable to us.

The install crew did an outstanding job in some extreme heat conditions.

Quality product, made in USA, good warranty plan, in house contractor/installation team, sales rep willing to work with me to come up with a pricing plan to my satisfaction

Customer service was great

I recommend listening to your customers and doing whatever you need to for them. Your products are not cheap and are very costly, so if your customer is not satisfied with the final product and install, listen to their issues and correct them to their satisfaction, not to your companies policies. Competition is waiting for a chance to steal your customer. Dont allow that to happen due to ignorance.

Windows were pricy

Every individual that we had contact with from the company was friendly and helpful.

During the presentation, I explained my design expectations. They were profoundly promised. The installers completely ignored my comments as they were installing the shower.

From the initial appointment everything was communicated promptly.

Overall, we had a good experience with Rite Windows. The sales presentation was very well done, not pushy but very informative. Also, the installation crew was very efficient and professional. Our installation was quick and easy. Our only negative aspect was around the permitting. Our project got confused with another by the Rite representative. This created a lot of confusion on our end with trying to figure out what was going on and if we were all set for installation. There was also no comprehensive follow-up by the Rite representative, and it was not until the install team called to schedule that we were able to get someone to verify that the permit was setup correctly.

I LIKED THE WAY,I WAS INFORMED ALL THE TIME. NOT MANY COMPANIES DO THAT. i HAD A NUMBER I COULD CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.

Would recommend, not cheap, however nothing is anymore. I don’t mind paying for quality and this was a first class installation.
