Very friendly and pleasant crew to have. Very neat and professional job done.
They needed to come back for an issue, but I am very happy with the final outcome
I would recommend David and Alex and his team to a friend or family member.
No stess, no money up front, very good experience not to have to worry about someone taking advantage of you.
Very disappointed. Order a specific shower door wanted it to not be sliders but door. I was specifically told someone would come out and measure as my concern with door hitting toilet. I was assured that would happen. When the called to tell me my installation was ready I question why no one has came out to measure. Assured me they didn't need to had a qualified person who reviewed the specs all was good. Needless to say door wouldn't fit.
They than told me they had sliders in stock and would bring out and install in its place. Again I had no choice otherwise had no shower door. It apparently impossible to make a shower door small enough
Both the sales team and the installation team were thoroughly professional and highly knowledgeable. Each team asked questions throughout their time with me, ensuring that I understood the process as well as the product. Highly recommended!
Wonderful experience dealing with Steve the Rite Window supervisor and Mike Ferrara the salesperson. They were very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs.
I wouldn't tell someone to avoid Rite Window, but I can't say that I would highly recommend them either.
I liked the quality of the products. The installers were very pleasant and professional.
One of the windows has two marks that don’t appear to be clear after cleaning
Also when the crew took out the old windows they broke glass on the driveway and didn’t bother to clean it up
The product seems durable and looks great.
Information, care, concern, attention to detail, excellent communication
Installers did a professional job
Installers left with a small issue--need quarter round on floor to butt up against the shower base.
Price also very high which I realized later. My fault for not getting more quotes prior to signing.
The install team was very professional, polite & innovative in remedying a plumbing problem with my slab.
When we let them know we needed this walk-in shower done asap they were very accommodating and we were able to get it done much sooner than we anticipated. Wonderful company to work with and top quality product.
While the first day of work proceeded without issue, the second and third days were unacceptable and led to significant delays, damages, and frustration.
On the second day, the team failed to arrive until after 12:00 PM. I contacted the field manager, Bob Kenyon, who reached out to Vincent for an explanation. Bob informed me that Vincent would call me within 10 minutes, yet 40 minutes passed without any communication or arrival. When I contacted Bob again, he confirmed that he still had not heard from the team. They eventually arrived around 12:30 PM, with Vincent claiming that they had overslept—an explanation difficult to accept given the nearly three-hour delay.Throughout the remainder of the day, Vincent completed very little work and spent a considerable amount of time on his cell phone. The team left around 6:30 PM after assuring me they would arrive early the following morning to complete the project.
The third day was even more problematic. By 10:00 AM, there was still no sign of the team. I was preparing to contact Bob again when Vincent called, stating they were checking out of their hotel and would arrive soon. After another hour and a half, there was still no arrival. When I reached out to Vincent again, he told me he had something in his eye and needed to go to urgent care, and that TJ would come to begin the work.
TJ arrived around 12:30 PM and began the demolition in the second-floor bathroom. After approximately two hours, he left to pick up Vincent from urgent care so they could return together. When they came back around 2:30 PM, TJ resumed demolition on the second floor while Vincent spent roughly 40 minutes finishing the installation of the basement sink. This was the only work Vincent completed that day; he spent the remainder of his time in his truck on his cell phone.
When I asked TJ what was happening and why Vincent was not working, TJ expressed his own frustration. He spoke to Vincent and returned to inform me that Vincent was on the phone with Apple attempting to resolve an issue with his cell phone—something that clearly could have been handled outside of working hours. Vincent never returned inside the home to perform any further work.
At this point, I contacted Bob again to report the situation and requested a new installation team. Bob later advised me that he had spoken with Vincent, removed him from the job, and arranged for a replacement team to arrive the next day.
The second team took another 4 days to complete the job.
The first team caused damage to my kitchen ceiling and bedroom wall adjacent to the second floor bathroom where the construction was being performed. I asked and was told I would receive a check for $5,000 off the price of the work (which totaled $36,657), that was on December 9th 2025, today is Jan 13, 2026 and I am still waiting for the check. I need these funds to complete the repairs (painting for both kitchen ceiling and bedroom wall caused by the damages).
I contacted Karen Wheaton regarding the status of this check several times without a satisfactory response.
they were on time, got the job done in good time. the crew was very good getting the job done. Happy with the finished bathroom.
The workers were respectful and professional. They consulted me when necessary but otherwise got on with their work.
We discussed where the stone would end multiple times (> 5) we never changed our answer it was the same each time. The stone was not installed to the height we discussed. It was higher than discussed, with no way to fix it after the fact. Every time I walk into the bathroom the first thing I see is stonework which is not the way I wanted it. A daily reminder of the poor work completed.
The team did a great job cleaning up inside and outside the house during the job and after it was finished. Also, they kept me informed of their progress and any unexpected difficulty.
Their work ethic was superb. Their cleanup effort was as good as one might expect. Though there was dust from the sawing, obviously one could not expect all the dust to have been picked up.
Perfect installation, communication, professionalism, and customer courtesy and satisfaction. There was a crack in the living room molding under the bathroom and the installer fixed it without my saying anything!
Great job on all aspects of the project
The employees were excellent and made this experience enjoyable.
The process was very smooth and everyone was helpful and delight
For me, this tub to shower conversion was as advertised and was accomplished in one day.
The people that came out were so awesome they came. They did their job well and if I had a little thing that they wanted to do, they came back and they fixed the little hole that was in the bathroom on the floor. These people just take care of everything for you so you don’t have to worry about it so I will definitely recommend this company to anybody that once worked done.
Supposed to be getting a seat for our shower and have heard nothing since the end of 2025.
Everyone was professional and responsive.
From start to finish I had a great experience with Rite Window. Everyone I met with was experienced and local to me. Each person was very responsive, and communication from the central office in Woburn was outstanding.
The whole process was really easy and the rite window staff were all great to work with. I highly recommend this company.
The work was done professionally and the installation was well done.
The installers were great guys.
Missed a few items. Waiting for a response
Extremely professional. Martin kept me informed every step of the way. He went over options and provided his experience during the renovation
Salesman was not completely honest. Installers worked very hard, but was forced into damaging my doorway and walls, because the unit did not fit.
Most of my family and friends scoffed at the cost.
The team that installed, the windows was professional, and they had great attitudes
I am very happy to see women working in an industry that is usually men. They did a good job. It took two days, which I thought was too long. They cleaned the house afterwards. They did not do a good job cleaning up. My cleaning lady had so much cleaning to do after they left.
We had some difficult windows to replace, (replacing crank-out windows with double hung), and the installation team worked through a number of structural challenges with our home and honored all of our requests.
The electrician did a sub par job and only when I asked did they initiate him coming back. Still no follow up on how it will be completed
I liked how they followed up and followed through. I love our new tub and shower.
good communication, great execution
The final installation seems fine. The on-site personnel were very professional and respectful of our space. However, the pacing and timing of the project were not what we were led to believe at the time of purchase and no effort was made to address those misrepresentations or mitigate their impact.
The installation went very quickly, and I am very pleased with the quality of the windows. The installer showed me how to operate the windows and answered a few questions I had.
Made the process very easy from scheduling my first appointment, selecting my new door, updates on when it would be ready, to install in one day.
Very disappointed.
