The Kohler products are very well liked. We are satisfied with those. Problems were with the Installers. What was 3 day job turned into a 3 month job to complete. We had to repeatedly call and had 3 different installers come . Finally the 4th installment was the final one to complete the job.

Everyone that I dealt with at Rite Window New Hampshire was very good to work with.

The shower went in fine they toilet seat was broken and they sent an elongated toilet which the installers put in and would not remove I tried calling our salesman Tom several times, who had said to call him any time and left messages to the main number with no return call. I finally sent an email to a generic rite window number and Bob Kenyon who was the one who finally was able to wok it all out.

Happy with the product

The sales experience was not pressured like a lot of other companies. Pricing was more reasonable than another company we got an estimate from.

From the start of our project to the finish of our project, we felt like we were being taken care of. There is a pride in the work that Mark Simpson did for us. He genuinely wanted us to be happy about everything.

Before he left, he gave us instructions on use and how to care for the windows. He made sure that he answered all of our questions.

Mark was an installation person of one so he had to do all of the little jobs that are required to get the project done.

Even the cleanup was immaculate. We could not be happier.

The installation team worked together like a well-oiled machine from the demolition work to the installation of our new Kohler shower. Oscar, Jackson and Nelson were very careful, professional and efficient throughout the whole process. They were careful about every aspect of the job, e.g., from putting down the drop cloths and the dust barriers to protect our furnishings, removing the old fixtures, drywall and tiles, and installing the new shower.

Professional, efficient, informative, able to troubleshoot with unexpected findings & keep us in the loop throughout the 2 installs. Installers were excellent!

We had both of our showers remodeled by Rite Windows and Bath. They are a Kohler brand rep and Jimmy Peterson did a great job describing the Lux product- it has a quartz component in the walls and they use Kohler hardware. The installers were professional and very hard workers. They did a beautiful job. We definitely would recommend the installers and this product. We are very happy with our new bathrooms. We made a change on our shower doors late in the game and they took care of it for us without delay.

The presentation went well and we realized the installation and value of the installed shower was superb with the price.

Awesome process. Very knowledgeable. I liked the tub demonstration being able to feel the jets and see how quickly the water drains.
