Installers were on-time and friendly, answered all my questions & kept me up-to-date on their progress.

The contractor did not hook up plumbing right for there is septic gasses coming back thru house after showering. I have recently had a knee replacement so am not able to go downstairs and check.. but most likely there was not a p-trap installed..or the way it was installed is allowing all water to siphon out.,this is very unhealthy and the holidays ruined!! If the problem is not corrected soon then I will be forced to call a plumber and my lawyer

I would recommend Rite Window with the stipulation that it might take more than 2. days. I also would recommend that they get a contract when they sign the paperwork. I would require the production department number since our salesman couldn't give us an installation date.
