Crew showed up on time, and got right to work. 17 windows were replaced in one day by crew of three workers.

This was our third time hiring them and we’re always impressed with the quality and professionalism of the crews. We’re very grateful that they clean up after themselves as well!

Everything was easy from sale to installation.

Guys were very good at making sure inside was covered to keep things clean. I thought with new windows they would be clean when job was done, I am going to have to clean most of them from smudges and stuff left on them.

To start we were badly in need of new windows and after reaching out to rite window (mostly because of the jingle) they were very helpful even through the installation and beyond.

At $21K I think I probably paid three times the market price for a shower and toilet replacement. That’s on me. I should have done my research. Your company is based in Pennsylvania. Three installers arrived and neither of them were fluent in English. They did a good job on the installation but the logistics of scheduling and interaction was complicated. They were missing hose for the toilet and a bar for the shower so two workers had to come fro PA to install the pieces. I think the fact that you don’t have local contractors in Maryland adds to the cost and makes me question the effectiveness of future service calls. In n,I didn’t get a breakdown of the costs before installation so I have no idea how much materials, labor, travel expenses from PA and installation cost me for each charge. In summary, I like the shower and toilet. The installers did a good job and were courteous. I still I paid too much and cannot recommend your compay going forward

Understand... I nothing against people that speak other languages. With that said, either send a forman or make sure that the guys you send can communicate clearly. I work in a multilingual environment and have no problem. Many people are not able have a conversation because of language.

I am still waiting on the correct window to be installed in my bathroom. First it was measured wrong and needed to be reordered. Then they come to install the “right” one and the glass is clear. So I have a completely transparent window in my shower. The tech told me they are ordering the correct replacement fogged glass but that was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a word from anyone. when they finally come to replace the glass it will be the 4th time someone has come out for this job

The workmen who renovated my bathroom shower were very good. A father and son team, both named Juan.
However, the job was left unfinished with exposed walls, spackle, and no paint.
"We don't paint," the workmen said.
WHAT?? I sign up to pay almost 15K for a job that...What? I have to finish?? No, no, no... That's not what the salesman showed me in his salespitch renderings... I saw no photos with exposed walls, etc...

Unless Renuity and/or Kohler make good on this job, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Not anyone I like, anyway.

The installation was done according to schedule and workers were very careful about protecting floors and belongings. The windows themselves are great.

As written below, ALL of the reps we worked with were great and responsive. The install team and manager are the BEST and we would absolutely recommend them! The customer service team (emails) were great! Sales was very good but should have a little more knowledge... for the cost about 20K, we did not know the doors would still be a lot of work because we have well water. The most important - the hardware is the worst in my entire house :-(
