Price, quality and communication....all A+

Two doors installed in October. Issues with both doors. After several return visits job was finally finished late June...9 months later. Handle and lock still don't match exactly.

The entire team at Rite Window was professional and the experience was awesome.

Amanda, our salesperson was very knowlegable and made great suggestions for our new shower. The install team were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They stayed until almost 7:00 pm to finish the job!

This is my third project with Rite Window. I had windows replaced in 2024, more windows in 2025, and this time I had a door replaced. The quality of the product is outstanding, and the installers are efficient and professional.

All good except the price. Also prefer round, not flat hand bars.

The installers, Kieran and Bethany, were very professional and pleasant to have working in our home. They, along with the project manager, Joe Verduzco, were very responsive to any concerns or questions we had about the project.

They left without removing the stickers on the top of the shower door bar even though I told them about it several times before they left. One of the installers did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate even though his helper spoke English. They ruined a ceiling tile by getting it wet. I called and set up an appointment to get these issues fixed and they didn’t show up. Also I do not like the caulking around the shower base and on the tile along the shower base.

Installers were great to work with and listened to our concerns and explained what and why they were doing.

Communication issues. Product installed doesn't appear to be what was sold. My kitchen ceiling was raining, I immediately called your company but nobody has responded to date. Installers used carte Blanche to other rooms in my house without asking. Damage to door.

It was a very good experience. The installers did an excellent job. My only complaint was with the dark color of the stoppers that came with the shower doors, could have been a lighter color. They could have been compatible with the color of the wall paneling.

Installer was courteous and cleaned everthing when he was finished.

So far I have had 15 windows replaced by Rite Window with no problems or installation problems.

Great representative and excellent installers. Quality product.

The doors aren’t as good of quality as I would have liked or thought for almost $17,000.

Timeframe between order date and installation date

the two men that came here to do the work were very polite and weren't on their phones a lot of the time and no music like some contractors are they worked hard and finished demo and insulation in one day. they also cleaned up after they were done which was great. I have already recommended your company to a friend so when he is ready he just may call you.

From the first phone call to schedule a consultation, the consultation, scheduling the work, the installation, the completion of the work and the final reveal of the shower and how to use the new shower features, all met and exceeded our expectations! There were a couple of issues with the wrong base and showerhead being delivered but those were handeled quickly and did not take away at all from the final product!

I filed a complaint for the wall damage and was promised a speedy response - still no response and I have never gotten a reply message.
