The pricing is very expensive. That's the problem. The final product is wonderful. But, a lot of people aren't going to want to, oe be able to, spend $17K just to redo a shower. Kohler needs to find a way to get their products down into the $10K range. I think it would open up a whole new level of clientel.

The contacts were timely, product as represented by the sales person, installation done perfectly.

Everything went smoothly from the initial meeting through the install and the wait time was less than the time that was mentioned in the initial meeting.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the work. Our window blind was broken, our walls and ceiling are dinged up. One of the shower doors handle is loose. The silicone beading at the base does not adhere to the door. The bathroom floor was left very dusty and with debris. In the basement there was a pile of rubble that was left.

From the initial consultation to the very end of the installation we experienced professional and efficient service.

Additional installation was not complete in the time we were told After a month, it took two more days of work to complete the project.

The employees built the perfect shower as I requested. They took time to show me what the process would be. They were prompt and upon leaving cleaned the area and left nothing behind. In addition, the water was off for only two or three hours during the build process. I definitely recommend them
