The Kohler shower unit that Renuity installed provides a high quality product, backed up with single-source responsibility. Renuity displayed the flexibility required when working in a high-rise multi-unit residential building, which included scheduling reliably and working cooperatively with building management and property maintenance staff.

For several years, we had wanted to replace a one-piece shower that was original equipment in our 30 year-old house. We met with several providers and felt most comfortable using Renuity because of the quality of their product. We were not disappointed with the end product and are very proud of our new Kohler shower!

Oscar is a very talented installer. I was impressed with the work he did with his hands but also his soft-spoken manner with his two helpers, who instantly responded to what ever he needed. I never learned the names of Oscar's two helpers but those guys busted their butts all day. The trio worked like a oiled choreographed machine.

The crew did a very good job. One small complaint they forgot to remove 2 stickers from the top rail of the shower. It took my wife a couple of hours to remove. Probably would have taken them 10 minutes.

Sales was very pleasant, but pressured. Cost is crazy expensive.

What we thought was a good deal has grown sour in our view as the price apparently is way more than we agreed!

This is the second time I used thiis type Of product and Renuity were much better installers than the installers who did my first job with this product by Kohler .They did the demolition and installation in one day .

The plummer put a hole in. Bedroom wall and he didn't bother to tell us. I felt bad for the installers because they had to tell us.
