Quality materials, excellent work ethics on the part of the installers, sales agent was thorough and transparent.

Great personnel, very polite and respectful. Very professional and I was impressed with their attitude and how well they treated me, I felt like they were making sure I was satisfied with the work.

After receiving multiple quotes for my windows that would have cost nearly $3k per window, I found Rite Window who helped make our project possible. They were less than half the cost with more than double the warranty. I highly recommend Rite and I will be going back when we need to replace our Patio and Front Door. They installed 14 windows, including one massive Bay window, all in one day, in the middle of winter!

The product is very nice, but the service has been lacking. Took a long time to get installed, then was only scheduled after I called to see what was happening. There was a problem with the install, and when they came to fix it, they broke one of the shower doors. I am still waiting. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't used my new shower.

Liked the low key presentation which was quite an improvement from several other presentations for similar walk in tubs vendors.

Im 5"2' my husband is 6"2'. Upon completion of work, installer proudly let's us know he raised the shower head 2 in. REALLY, by the time that water reaches me it s so spread out that I can hardly get soap off my face! So surprised, he consulted with us on every other aspect of installation, " location and height of shelves/ grab bars,etc. But not raising height of shower head!

They were quick, kept everything cleaned up, used drop cloths, very polite and kept us informed on everything that they were doing to make sure it was what we wanted! An amazing job!

Very professional and courteous installers. Bent over backwards to get the job done in one visit. Can’t say enough about these young men.

The gentlemen were such sweethearts, they are hard working, curteous, funny. They had no problem if we needed the bathroom. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone.

Very disappointed. Order a specific shower door wanted it to not be sliders but door. I was specifically told someone would come out and measure as my concern with door hitting toilet. I was assured that would happen. When the called to tell me my installation was ready I question why no one has came out to measure. Assured me they didn't need to had a qualified person who reviewed the specs all was good. Needless to say door wouldn't fit.

They than told me they had sliders in stock and would bring out and install in its place. Again I had no choice otherwise had no shower door. It apparently impossible to make a shower door small enough

Both the sales team and the installation team were thoroughly professional and highly knowledgeable. Each team asked questions throughout their time with me, ensuring that I understood the process as well as the product. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience dealing with Steve the Rite Window supervisor and Mike Ferrara the salesperson. They were very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs.

I wouldn't tell someone to avoid Rite Window, but I can't say that I would highly recommend them either.
