We had the best installers - Manoir and Diego!! We have done numerous renovations in our 37 years old house and Manoir is the best!! He showed us the products before installing them. Very patient and meticulous. Diego worked diligently and carefully cleaning up the drywall dust during demolition. He kept our house spotless and was there to assist Manoir. Great teamwork!! We are so pleased with Manoir who after the installation took time to add his finishing touch without rushing out! Thanks for sending us your best installers!!
Marc was the only one and got the job done in one day
The salesperson needs to be more clear about how long the installation takes and the fact you can not use the shower for 24 hours
Sales representative was very professional and thorough. Installation team arrived right on time, went through a materials checklist, and completed the job nicely in one day, and cleaned up the mess before leaving. Balance due was exactly as stated. Final product looked even nicer than I had expected.
The installation men, Brian and Manuel arrived at 8:25 pm and Brian remained until 9:15 pm. They were hard working, professional, careful with the rest of the bathroom and covered it very well along with the path up the stairs.
Brian was knowledgeable and answer questions during the day and kept us well informed.
The new installation looks great and we are very satisfied with the install.
Too many issues.
This question is somewhat difficult to answer - so my answer pertains only to the Rite Window Install team, which was excellent. The installers (Dalisson and Vinicius (Vinnie)) were terrific; Very punctual, efficient, neat and quick. They listened to us carefully and worked well with us to get the Walk-in Bathtub (WIB) installed exactly as intended. Although we couldn't finish the install that day (our town requires a mixing valve for the tub, a part which the installers didn't have with them), once our plumber installed the mixing valve, they came back quickly and completed the full check-out of the tub along with Stephen. I would fault them for not having a mixing valve on the truck (a small item that some towns require for a tub), but they accommodated us nicely by returning quickly once the mixing valve was installed by our plumber. So the install went well and that's why my rating is a 10. See below for more info on other parts of the experience.
All in all a perfect remodeling experience. The installation in my house was perfect. I think the half window shower shield is a little weird but only a sprinkle or two escape the tub/shower enclosure.
Great service and quality!
The installers did a great job, however, extra parts were sent and the parts needed did not come with the installers. I had already taken 2 days off work and was then asked to take another day off. Eventually one of the installers made the trip to pick up the missing parts.
The experience from start to finish was so satisfying.
Poor installation the 1st time installing the windows. 2nd visit one of the sills is out of plumb 1/8 inch and they said there is no fix.
Overall, it was a seamless operation. From the first encounter at Costco, to the home appointment to the installation, and followup.
Anderson and Nick did top-notch installation. They were knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. Mike did a great home presentation—he was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative, and he didn’t make us feel pressured to buy.
Prompt completion of work. Also workers were careful and thorough to do the job and keep areas clean.
I don’t like the finish on the tile so probably would not recommend.

The moment the salesperson worked through my door, the whole crew, installers, callers, follow-up people, answered questions, were patient, explained everything, I had confidence and very very happy they did the work.
They did too quality work including removal of all materials
Installers did not speak or understand English well at all. I had to call the manager several times to explain & correct installation & missing items. The installation lead had to call her Spanish speaking person to interpret what I was saying. I should not have had to call the manager & certainly not as many times as I did. Their specs either were incorrect or unclear...one major example - they installed the transfer in the wrong place & only after I called the manager did they move it to the correct location.

Very expensive, proprietary shower fixtures so can’t match the style, and I have been trying to reach someone to complete the job but nobody will call me back.
Joe was wonderful and his helper, I forgot his name. The area was spotless and I'm very happy with the whole process.
I was told by the sales person that the windows would be installed before the New Year. The windows were not made until after the New Year. $600 tax credit gone!
