Tony was on time for my initial appointment, which says a lot right from the start. We had a problem with leaking siding. He went back at another time, to study the wall further, to be sure about what was causing the leak. The siding ? or something else? I talked to 3 contractors. Tony was the only one who said, its the windows. We must replace these windows. and that indeed was the problem. Had i gone with another contractor, who changed out the siding only, we would still have a leaking wall. Tony's crew are excellent. They were on the job, working hard , each day that they were there. They are professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again.

I've spent 15 years working in the wood products industry and have built 2 homes. Hands down, Tony is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Prior to hiring Revive Exteriors, I researched the company extensively. I spent 5 or 6 weeks talking to Tony. I drove to 3 of his project sites and checked his work. Tony was always respectful, available, and helpful. I am on an HOA board and we hired Revive Exteriors to replace windows and side a 3 building condominium with HardiePlank. The property was in poor condition and it was a mess of a project with unexpected issues. In addition, Tony had to deal with some very difficult homeowners. Tony rocked it. I was a bit skeptical of doing a difficult siding job in the middle of winter, but Antony and his crew did a great job in every respect. The finished product looks great, and there were no extras or delays. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Tony is a very effective communicator keeping the customer appraised in a timely manner. Joe & Sergio are real craftsmen when it comes to installing siding properly. They noticed problems that had been previously created by a window supplier and then fixed those problems after consulting with Tony and the homeowners.

With all the construction work we have had done Revive Exteriors is the number one contractor. We used a fantastic builder to build our dream home in Vadnais Heights MN. Additional Comments - This was a major remodeling job that we were dreading. Revive Exteriors made it a pleasant experience and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

The job performed was fairly large, whole south facing surface that had multiple points of water ingress that required a complete stripping of a shake material as well as rock work. Additionally a door on the north side had dry rot around the casing that had to be replaced.The removal of the siding material and investigation into dry rot areas was thorough and the crew did a good job of only making the repairs where needed. They were aware of the issues and how to fix and did it with minimal intrusion into the interior even when removing and replacing windows.The crew worked hard on getting the work done on time and were personable when dealing with myself and family. They took time to answer questions and explain the work being done.Overall as pleasant an experience you can have when having to do repairs on a home.

I personally will not hire a contractor without contacting revive exteriors first, and also would encourage friends and family to do the same.

I hired Revive Exteriors after getting new siding and painting bids from six other siding companies - and it couldn't have been a better decision. Unlike other companies that provided bids, Tony took the time to explain every detail of the job and was happy to educate me when necessary.Having your home siding done can be daunting, as there really is no effective way of knowing what lurks behind your current siding (think dry rot). While other companies simply stated "extra charges" for resolving any dry rot found, Tony was able to surmise from inspection that there would be little to no dry rot... and he was right on the money. I had to gauge my budget based on his expertise... needless to say I was able to stay within my budget!The amount of detail the Revive Exteriors crew put into their job left me breathless. I literally could not find one problem with any of the work they performed. These folks aren't simply "workers", they are artists! I spoke with each of his team members and can say these are not men pulled from a "labor ready" office. Each is a professional in his own right and it is apparent that Tony takes good care of them (happy workers means great finished product!).Even after all was said and done, Tony still took the time to follow-up with me regarding any concerns that I might have. At this point my only concern is for anyone looking for siding work that has not learned of Revive Exteriors. Honest. Professional. Dependable. Cost effective. Patient.
