I would encourage them to be more communicative with the customers and be honest about the timeline. There is only one person in their office that handles scheduling. When she was out of the office, no one else had access to that information. With their emergency phone number, the response I got was not indicative that this was an emergency for me. When I asked about how many employees were on the job, the office had no knowledge of that. It was completely disconnected.
