Responded immediately to request for clean up. Said would complete restoration work as well. After clean up, reneged on restoration.
We were not satisfied. The worker was by himself. We were told there would be a team, but he had no help. He did his best, but the work wasn't satisfactory. He had to call to request someone to come help him.

GREAT INITIAL RESPONSE AND WORK TO CONCLUSION
They were not truthful. They would email one thing but agree to another thing over the phone. If they did something wrong or broke something, they did not fix it. I took before and after photos and sent them to them for proof of what was done, yet they did not repair them. I asked them to get me in contact with the CEO which did not happen. Jonathan came to help, and I did not agree with what he said however, I finally had to just agree with them, so they would not come back to my house anymore. The 3rd party installer that did my backsplash was awful. It looks like a child installed the tile. It was not straight at all and the supervisor looked at it and said it looked fine. The carpet crew broke my TV and left nails sticking up from the floor that I have to hammer back into the ground, so my children do not step on them. The microwave cannot be opened all the way because they did not measure properly. However, they said I bought the wrong size microwave and said that I measured wrong. The technician approved the microwave right after I bought it, so it was not my fault. The cabinets were done so poorly. They are chipped and peeling off. The nails on the cabinet knobs were installed poorly, so you can see through the cabinet and drawers. When they were trying to fix the roof in my kitchen, I told them to patch it before they installed the cabinets. They went ahead and installed the cabinets without patching the whole roof, then realized they needed to patch the roof, so they took it off then redid it.
Bad first impression from the first work crew
Lack of communication on scheduling, timing arrival times and work to be done. The workers would show up and have no idea what they were supposed to do. No project management.
They always go above and beyond in handling losses for us. Their project managers are excellent for mitigation and reconstruction jobs.
