I Highly recommend Relief Windows for both siding and windows. Our sales agent, Mr. Don, went above and beyond to help us with our renovation, giving advice about other parts of the house that needed renovation not requiring siding or windows in addition to spending a lot of time providing a lot of information to help us choose the correct windows. Mr. Don also came back to my house to help me secure a loose door frame. Wow!!! We didn't expect that type of service. Our window crew did a quality job and were professional. Lastly, Mr. Joe, our siding installer was absolutely amazing!! I've dealt with a lot of different contractors, but Mr. Joe sets himself apart. The knowledge, workmanship and pride he takes in the work he does you just cannot find anymore. He took his time and didn't take any short cuts when he faced some challenging areas around my house. He made sure it was professionally installed. It was an absolute pleasure to have him install our Hardi Plank. We were so impressed with the final results of our hardi plank installation. The installation was completed in one day. Our crew of 3 got the job done. Kale, Cameron and Blake did most of the work. A member of another crew, Demetrius (D) showed up later in the day to help them wrap things up.
These guys kept the mess to a minimum, and did a great job cleaning up.

We were apprehensive about changing out the windows and as a result put it off a few years. If we would have known how easy Relief Windows made the process, without a doubt we would have replaced them sooner.

The installers were wonderful. Everything was incredibly clean which was very important to us with two kids. It was spotless! We had no issues. From meeting in the display office to everything finished was great. They did not fall short of our expectations. Everything on how they said it was going to be is how it went. They would call to schedule measurements, second to confirm and third to install. They were spot on. We are very pleased. I was most satisfied with the installation. Not only keep everything ridiculously clean, they communicated very well. They would say they were going through the side gate and not try to go through the house. Just the level of care at the end as well, making sure nails were hidden or painted over and wiping down the windows.

After getting another quote from another unnamed window company, I was blown away by the difference in their professionalism, product knowledge, and demonstration of the product. Relief Windows actually had a sample of the window so that you could see the quality of the product you were getting. The installers work for Relief Windows and are not a third party installer. Two guys removed the windows while two guys installed. They were professional and completed my 24 window replacement in one day. The guys even cleaned the windows and the vacuumed the dust left in my home. I would most definitely recommend Relief Windows to anyone who is replacing windows.

They did not caulk it right originally but they did come back and correct and did not charge me a dime until I was satisfied.

So far I've taken off from work twice for the install and still don't have the correct windows that I ordered. With the thought I'll have to take off again to be there the third time combined with the fact I paid more for the units that other comparable bids, I can't help but be reminded how I continue to go backwards based on my decision to go with Relief Windows. The only thing I see working for me as a consumer is the fact that I still have 9 windows in my home that I intended to go with them on also and can now utilize other options based on my experience thus far.
