Todd was sent out as the Experienced person for ALL of our Plumbing needs. Todd had total confidence in his ability to take care of our plumbing. Todd explained throughly what he will be doing at the beginning of the project and at the end; showing photos of the replacement of new parts along with a written 5 Year Warranty. We are Senior Citizens,
this gave US much comfort in knowing We are Protected by a Reputable Company with an Experienced Technician.
