It started out well, but the communication afterward got really bad.

I would have done 3-stars but once work started, it was clear this is a professional company who cares about doing quality work. That caused the 4-star review. I'd advise anyone to read the proposal carefully and get stuff in writing. Even in writing, there was a lot of misinformation. I do truly feel this is a process problem on their end and not intentional.
