Starting at the beginning, we met with Andy Taylor, Senior Project Manager, he met with our insurance adjuster on site to inspect the damage, he thoroughly explained Red Rock Roofing's process of repairing our roof. His communication skills were outstanding. No matter how may questions I had, he promptly addressed them. He was with us every step of the way. The installation team showed up on time, explained the entire process, were hard working, outstanding clean up and completed the job in a timely manner. Steve, the owner, and the office personnel were very accessible and quick to answer questions. We have had Red Rock Roofing complete several roofing jobs this season due to hail. We have never experience this level of efficiency in repairing our roofs in the past. I want to give Steve, owner of Red Rock Roofing, a huge shout out for developing this unique process of roofing. I appreciate the communication before, during and after the project is completed.

Communication is terrible. Missed my 1st appointment to get my roof done. Sat in front of my father in law home for them to start the roof. No one showed up. Called them and they blamed an office girl.
