I am still waiting for Red Rock Roofing to come out. They told me they were going to come out 2 weeks ago and no one has called or came out.

They put on a good roof. There were just some problems during the installation process.

They don't have their own roofing crew. They subcontract out to whatever Mexican group is available. My neighbor and I both went thru Red Rock Roofing and both got different crews. He had a couple of leaks afterwards. I had nails popping out but no leaks so far.

They did a great and quick job with the installation. It was tricky dealing with insurance payments but they explained things clearly and kept up communication with us plus the insurance. Would definitely recommend!

My honest opinion is I would never never ever recommend Red Rock Roofing after what you guys did to me again the extra money you charge for my roof did not come out of my pocket. It came from the insurance. I still don’t know where the justification is for the extra $12,000 seems a little above and beyond when I talk to all the other people in the neighborhood whose roofs you guys did They thought it was a little bit out of line and I did too. I will never recommend Red Rock Roofing.

The crew chief never introduced himself and waited over 2 weeks to have ladders removed from house. Ladders are still there while writing this review. Inspection was passed 6 days ago.

Our experience involved a lot of administrative mistakes including emails with no date alerting us to when the job was scheduled and many incorrect invoices. Overall, the lack of transparency and inability to meet expectations of professionalism made us doubt RRR’s commitment to honest, quality work. As a result of our experience, we plan to file formal complaints against the company and will be telling everyone within our network to avoid the company. We also submitted feedback to the realtor company that colluded with RRR to ensure the company received our business, as our experience looks bad for both companies.

We chose Red Rock Roofing because of the professional rep that came to our door after our hail damage. Out of 20 different companies, he really stood out. We were not disappointed throughout the whole process.

Hands down the best roofing company I have ever used!! Their prices were reasonable, that kept us informed, the crew showed up at 7AM sharp as they said they would! They went right to work and had the old shingles removed, the new shingles properly installed and the sight cleaned up by mid afternoon!! I was impressed with their workmanship, the Project Manager efforts to keep us informed, etc., etc. The manager even walked us around after the crew left to explain what they did and to answer any of our questions. Easy to work w and sched, on time and good clean up. 3 calls to push for last payment was 2 calls too many, I felt harassed.

Austin (project manager) is totally incompetent and needs to be fired before he tarnishes the name of Red Rock further. Andy (project manager) should be given a reprimand for defending the piss poor job Austin did with picking up nails at the property. Since they failed utterly at this amazingly simple task, I did the nail clean up myself. They also had a clerical error and tried to overcharge me by $8152. When I asked for a detailed explanation for the higher than expected price, Stevan (owner) claimed "Yes, the additional amount above the contract price is the approved supplements that insurance will be sending the money for. The revised estimate shows what those supplements are and how they are factored. If you remember when we signed we went over how we would be sending in supplemental invoice to be approved." This was a lie. They tried to charge me for reinstalling the solar panels, which was done by Sunrun.

Great on the front end, but a comedy of errors during and after the job

I thought they did a very good job both on the installation and the cleanup afterward.

Initially I was uncertain which roofing company to choose, as there are a number of companies that all had similar good online reviews. After speaking with Red Rock, I found them to be very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and kind. They completed our roof extremely efficiently and it looks great. I'm glad I chose them and would highly recommend them!

They had no care for our property. Destroyed my young lilac tree I have been trying to grow. They first put their ladder on top of it, breaking a few branches; I then had them move the ladder, only to have the shingles thrown on top of it-destroying even more branches! They had no care to protect it at all, let alone avoid it. On top of that, the edges of the roof are cut so rough that there’s chunks hanging off and a section on the front of our house is unevenly cut.

Andy was great. I contacted a few other people/companies to help me and they either said they couldn't or quoted me a huge price. Andy came and said we can do that no problem and we can do it for a reasonable price. I was sold. Thanks a million Andy
