Red roof was very disappointing. They told us that we were VIP customers and then they screwed us. They couldn’t even come out and answer to why the metal on our trim did not match our trim when we were told by Austin it would match our trim - our trim is cream - the metal is dark dark gray. We are not new to ROOFING. That is why we asked austin if it would match and he said yes and yet now we are here having to put more trim up to cover it. That is why I will never ever ever recommend them and the owner couldn’t even come out when we’re owner of a contracting business ourselves and we go out to every one of our clients houses if there’s ever an issue but we actually working commercial and go out to meet our commercial contractors anytime they want to meet.

I called a few roofing companies, and most stated that there was a $1500 minimum to do any work. I only needed a few tiles replaced, and RRR quoted me at 300. It was an easy choice.

Really! The wind whipped the shingles off day 1. RR was there day 1 to help cover against the rain. Insurance and RR showed up day 2 for inspection and insurance adjustment. day 3 insurance cut the check, two days later (xmas and new years week! RR came over and completed the job in one day. Nice! Who knows how long any roof will last around here, but it seems like they did a really good job and worked with both a seller (me) and a buyer on that one roof. Whew!

Overall a great experience with Red Rock. They answered the phone when I called, promptly setup a service appointment, and completed the work in a timely manner. Pricing was reasonable and work was done correctly and to our satisfaction.

Very efficient

My neighbor and I share a common wall and a roof in our townhouse. The roof shingles are so bad they are failing after only 6 years and there are numerous class action lawsuits against the manufacturer. We needed a roofing company to analyze the roof, get us some bad shingle samples, and give a quote for re-roofing. Red Rock has done 2 roofs on former houses and I really like them. Andy from Red Rock came out several times, did all the prep work and gave us a reasonable quote. Everything went as planned and we had a new, quality roof a few weeks later. Unfortunately, we had one shingle come loose under 100 mph winds. I reported that to Andy and the problem was fixed, over the holidays, within a few days. No charge. Just a really reliable, quality company I feel I can trust.
