My answer is actually a question! I ask, how will your kitchen table/floors look after five years with no cleaning at all. The air duct system is like the lungs of your home. And, it's polluted with dust, bacteria, pollen, etc. That's where we come into the picture!

Dennis is correct, NARI is a great resource. Locate a contractor that has a good relationship with a structural engineer. Between the two, they should be able to come up with a good solution.

We wish to have a vent installed to the outside of home. Currently, the micro-wave vents smoke ect. to the inside of home.
