Low quality customer service
Precision Countertops' workmanship, attention to detail, and efficiency were exemplary. The company's planning, scheduling, templating, and installation were handled expeditiously. We found the notification texts reminding us of upcoming visits from the crews to be very helpful. The PC explanatory videos provided useful information for us in preparing for the visits by the crews. Both the templating crew and the installation crew were kind enough to explain each process and let us watch the installation to educate ourselves as to the steps involved; this willingness to share their knowledge and experience was much appreciated.

Fabrication was not precision at all. Chipped edges at seam and sink cutout corner profiles don’t match.
PC will call and text you three times a day about signing disclaimers, safety releases, upgrades, scheduling, and warnings on what they are not responsible for, many calls before the install, but after the install they don't want to here from you if you have a problem. I had to go to Home Depot management to get a quality issue resolved , it took months to resolve. They also tagged on a installation fee for a Island top that was only delivered never installed and refused to refund the money.
Never, workmanship was terrible.
Your customer service has been really awful. The countertops we installed incorrectly, and getting someone out to fix them has been such a huge hassle with you canceling multiple appointments.
I already have told people that Precision is swesome.
Things were missed. Slightly off on install
We've worked with Precision on 2 different home projects. They are professional and answer any questions with pleasure.
They never finished my job. They rotated staff and no one could keep up with the remaining work. Still unfinished, but I paid in full. Very sad day.
English was a second language for the two installers who showed up, making communication a problem. Wouldn't have been a big deal if everything went according to plan.
Every one with whom I was in contact was professional and kept me updated as to what I should expect next. And each step went as promised. Would use this company again.

Great to work with
Amazing experience! They removed my tile bathroom countertops and installed granite. They kept excellent communication between text, email and phone calls. They sent me video links on what to expect for the template and installation appointments. The demolition and installation went so smoothly, the crew could have done it in their sleep. They laid down protection for the floors all the way from the front door to my upstairs bathrooms. Then the plumber came out to hook up my new sinks and faucets. He was super nice and knowledgeable.
