Custom service and communication was great. Installation look fantastic.

The countertop is not level and it’s noticeable. Right is higher than left. Totally slanted.

First, the process between ordering a countertop and getting it installed takes over a month.
Scheduling process is a text message asking to confirm a date they pick, no input just yes or no, and the time is decided only a couple days before.
But the worst part, even though I declared from the start, and confirmed by their measuring guy, that I had a drop-in sink, it was not until after the install that I realized that their laminate countertops are not compatible with drop-in sinks. It's to thick for the mounting clips. Now I have a brand new countertop and I can't even buy a sink to fit it. I checked, home depot can't even order a sink that drops in and has mounting clips that will fit. Getting a response from the company is like pulling teeth.

To add to the last comment, when I contacted them with a proble, I was told they would look into it and then I did not hear back until days later, basicly saying they can't get a hold of anyone.

The person responsible for creating the template failed to notice the corbels were attached to a piece of plywood under the old countertop. The installers discovered the plywood after they demo'd the old countertop and told me the person measuring/designing the template should have caught it. They didn't feel it was safe to install the new countertop so they called their supervisor who told him to make it work and just go ahead and install it. So now there is a 3/4" gap between the bar end of my new $4000 counter and the top of my cabinets, and it is currently being supported by a 2x4 with no corbels. When I contacted Home Depot and they reached out to Precision, Precision told them there is no way their templater would have been able to know that. However, Precision's own install employees are the ones that told me the templater should have seen that. I am STILL waiting for some sort of resolution because the countertop is currently unsafe as currently installed.

Had we been an older couple without the ability to fix what you don't do this would have been a joke. I'm still replacing moldings and doing a proper job of caulking.

Simply a terrible experience- lack of communication, sloppy work, even caused more damage that I need to go back and repair

We were impressed with the entire experience. Great communication throughout the project from start to finish. The workers were on time and they did a great job.

I'm completely satisfied with how my countertops turned out. Everyone with every step were friendly, professional and timely. It was easy and worth doing. I highly recommend this company

The plumber was friendly and very clean. He was quick, maybe a little too quick. He was at our home on two occasions to install two facets in our bathrooms. Of the four handles to turn the water on only one of them was tightened down. Otherwise he did a great job.

The amount of time it took between ordering countertop and the actual delivery was extremely long.

Craftsman was excellent for countertop and tile installation.

Sloppy application of sealant during countertop installation left smears along borders between countertop, backsplash and walls. This requires repair which is scheduled but hasn’t occurred yet.

I have used precision countertops several times and I’ve always been happy with the quality of their work and their service. They did a great job as usual and a very happy with the result.

There people are very professional and I received exactly what I wanted weeks earlier than I was expecting to. I was very pleased. And I love my countertop

Excellent team!! On time, high quality work (both demolition and install). Good cleanup and care taken not to damage any wall, floors or cabinets. Highly recommend this team. From beginning to end, the project went perfectly.

Installers were very late due to being triple booked. After the installation, discovered they left the water running in the bathroom, flooding the hardwood floors. We are now trying to work with Homedepot to get the floors repaired.

I have already shared with friends how my counters were selected & how impressed we are with the professionalism of Precision Countertops staff.
