We were oversold on product and the install wasn't satisfactory and had to be partially fixed and no compensation was given for the less then perfect product.

Crew was in a hurry to get it done and leave. We didn’t like the finished work but didn’t seem to care. You sent two different crews here and both seemed to be happy with the finished job, we hired our tile backsplash men to finish the job your men should of finished. It cost us $250.00 to finish the job your men should of done. The tile guy sent pictures to your office of things that he finished right.

I was very disappointed that the individual who measured did not advise me of some problems that would encountered when doing the templating for the sink. This problem could have been addressed in advance of the installation if I was informed,

Great to work with. Only thing that went wrong, was whomever cut the counter, cut it about an inch to long. They did come out and fix it, but because they used the same counter that had already been installed, their only option was to remove it and cut some off the end. When it was reinstalled, the sink was moved to the left as far as possible right to the edge of the cut, and it was off centered a bit over cabinet. :(

Quality installation, but clean-up was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Looking at the work beautiful, but after I filled out the evaluation of the great job, I discovered they only vacuumed superficially. They even flipped over my drawer liners to make it look like they vacuumed. The worst display of laziness. So disappointed in their clean-up. Therefore the 3-star rating. Also, upon further discovery, one of my cabinets is now separated from the refrigerator cubby. A little caulking will fix it, but I didn’t know I had to do more work to make it look better. I paid for quality work. Disappointed!!!
Every staff member from scheduling, installation, and plumbing was professional and courteous. The counters look amazing!
