All in all a very good, easy experience.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend them for their quality or for the way they beat up my kitchen during a project.

Precision Countertops consistently surprised us with their level of expertise ad depth of experience. All the staff we encountered after the project moved from Home Depot into PC hands were really easy to work with and delivered as promised. Precision Countertops goes the extra mile to guarantee satisfaction. Problems are seen as challenges, by individuals who have been doing their jobs for decades. I highly recommend them if you have the budget to do do things right. You get what you pay for, and in our case we feel like the price tag was worth it. Well done y'all!
The schedulers were quick to contact us and the workmen were excellent. We think our counters were done right.
Can't recommend because they broke countertops twice causing rescheduling on each occasion and did not give any financial compensation for their mistake. However, measurement crew and install crew and final product is nice.

Overall my experience with Precision Countertops was great.
I already have recommended this service to 2 of my friends. I was super impressed with their work flow. The template crew took perfect measurements, so when the countertop came, it was a perfect fit, and was installed by knowledgeable people. Overall, from purchase-to-install, the process took 7 1/2 weeks and looks beautiful. Well-worth the time and money.
Our salesperson Garth worked with us on a solution for the sink. We ended up ordering the preinstalled sink which we love.

Counters had a delivery date and window. I was call about 45min prior to the start of that delivery window and advised they did not have my counters. My home had already been demoed the day before in order to prepare for the counters. I was left without a functioning kitchen right before a holiday. The second delivery date and window, the ETA window came and went without a phone call or anything. My kitchen was finally installed on 12/31 at 7pm. No longer enough time to cook my holiday meal.

They did a beautiful job and my countertops are gorgeous! They were very helpful every step of the way. The people that came into my home were all very pleasant, professional, and efficient.
Everything was timed and completed perfectly. Communication was excellent. The workmanship of the team in my home was amazing. I am impressed and would gladly refer a friend and use them again.
