I would recommend based on the warranty and guarantees alone. Roof and siding for life is a great value provided Power Home remains in business. It is probably not the cheapest option you will find, but you get what you pay for. Power Home Remodeling is more expensive, however, the quality of the work is great.

Hardware for services like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, were taken off was just dropped or thrown in the yard or a bush.

The main electrical drop was removed and dropped on the ground with the power live! They cut the tag on the box the warned there was a $350 for damaging it. The warning is in English.

CEMC said they disconnect the box , no charge. When they inspected it only one screw had been reinstalled inside the box.
They must have removed panels to unscrew the box from the house and just put one screw back.

No English speaking person except the first day when he came and inventoried the materials and the last day he showed up.

I picked up over 100 new roofing nails they used to install the house wrap. In addition to all the old hardware they removed.

The gentlemen that installed the window and took the old window old were very professional and did a phenomenal job at being neat and clean. I give nothing but the highest regard for them.
