It's been roughly 3 months with ty new windows. We figured that with the new windows, we would have a lot less dust in the house and so far that's not true. I would also expect to see a drastic reduction in our electric bill and we haven't seen that either.

The installation was done quickly and the installers cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

We are unsure. There were things in this process that made us feel good, but there were also things that left us feeling uneasy.

2 of the windows we had them redo because they didn't look good. One employee was standing in our bottom mount kitchen sink and on our granite countertop with nothing down for protection. One employee kept asking for our Wi-Fi password and another was pushing for us to go to Anderson windows for our doors.

My house is so much cooler

A total failure in communication. Some shoddy work was performed. Supervisor arrives the following day, took note and set a date for the crew to return. Work crew never returned and I was never notified. This happened four more times.
I lost confidence in Power's commitment to its customers. On the fifth no show, I avowed not to call Power as to why a crew did not show up. A crew did arrive unannounced the next day. This was best that they arrived unannounced for had Power notified me I was absolutely not going to believe them. 5 strikes and you are out!!!! This unannounced repair went smoothly and I was only hours away from canceling my new windows installment. Yes, this did take an emotional toll on me and my wife. Why? Continue to read below.

I gave it a five star because of price quality and service. I have been very satisfied with the entire process.

Document of work completion was falsified and posted as signed though I did not sign it as I was waiting for the installer to come back to fix the work. They took the money from our account though they never came back as promised to fix the installation issues. It’s disappointing considering this is our second project and the first one went really well. Every time I enter the front door, I have to look at the sloppy caulking with regrets and disappointment.

Everything was efficient and worked with my schedule.

They have been a very good company to work with. The sales people are helpful, respectful, and very professional. The men doing the work are also respectful and hard working. They have come and got the work done and cleaned up after the work was finished in very timely manner.

While I had no issues with the workers or the quality of the work, the "quality control" person who showed up was a salesman who tried to bully me into purchasing additional work ( gutters, etc ). One of the tactics he tried was to say my windows "may not" be waranteed.

Two of my neighbors have Power windows and they recommended them to me. I’m happy and I will recommend them also.

Pushy sales, over inflation of pricing but nice people and good quality.

Fast and efficient. A bit early but that was fine even though I didn’t have a chance to suggest sensitive objects.

I am not 100% convinced it was necessary to spend the amount of money we did on all our projects.
