Customer service sucks. Contrary to their policy, "pathetic powerless" as I now call them, wanted payment before the job was done. They cancelled on days that there was no rain. They didn't call some of the days they cancelled. And they want me to recommend?

Scheduling and clean-up. Actual work did not start and end as initially scheduled. It turned out OK, but did cause personal, but minor conflict. Took several days do pick up left-over material despite a couple of calls. Once material picked up, got another visit for pickup.
