They explained everything to me and followed thru

The work was done well, but it wasn't what I thought they would come through with. They have a great sales team and know how to get you to commit, and then once that is done, they disappear. It was quite incredible the project was going on and no one was there to oversee the project. The project manager said he would be on the job but never showed up, which was strange. Fortunately the installer knew what he was doing, but there were gaps, and different people showing up at my door being replaced by other workers, which was uncomfortable.
