The workers were very knowledgeable and hardworking. The project manager never showed up. Made me feel like I wasn't important enough.

Pj is dependable and communicates very well throughout the entire process. They seem to have a very large network of installers and were able to get to my project faster than everyone else.
However, this comes at quite a high premium as the window/door installation cost was almost double that of a local contractor. The other issue with PJ is their high-pressure sales tactic of offering a “single visit discount” that you can only obtain if you commit to the job before the salesperson leaves. Overall, I would get quite a few quotes before PJ, with them being your last call so you have something already as a comparison quote.
So overall, if you need something done quickly or no other contractors will return your call, PJ will do a great job, but you pay for convenience.
