I like the initial presentation. It was very transparent, kept true to their word, and gave advanced notices of everything to occur. They kept us informed step by step in the process by what was going on.
We went through COSTCO kiosk services website on costco.com for the quality that typically is associated with the companies they deal with and the 10% COSTCO Cash card they offer. For whatever reason, our lead was given to PJ Fitzpatrick. Unfortunately, PJ Fitzpatrick does not participate in the COSTCO program. Therefore, we will not be eligible for the cash rewards which amounts to $1500. We were planning to use the credit towards a new appliance purchase.
The service was horrible. I was promised it would be all premium Jacuzzi-branded products, but they weren't. There is no handle on the outside to go into the inside, so I have a very hard time opening the door. They just didn't give me what I promised.
The windows are nice. I did not like the salesperson lying about all the installers being employees. The guys that showed up were great, but they were subcontractors. They were nice and cleaned up well.
