There were a few things that needed adjustments. P.J. Fitzpatrick is very good, and they have good quality. I am happy with the doors. There were just a few changes I had to make that were not offered. If there is something you really want, make sure you are okay with the changes you have to make.
It took a long time to get the job completed.
The salesperson arrived and told us that the folks who would be installing the shower were experienced and well-trained. They did not. It dripped like a sieve. We had them come back twice to correct things that were wrong with it. I would have loved to have chosen another company.

We are extremely happy with the service. The installers were courteous, professional and cleaned up very well.
My materials were not probably taken care of while the work was being done. I left something in the restroom. I suggest that the workers ask to remove everything from the restroom, or everything be covered up. There was a lot of sawdust on the materials in the restroom. I had to replace all my electric toothbrushes. It could have been an easy fix. It could've been covered up with plastic covers or remove everything from the bathroom.
P.J. Fitzpatrick has done two bathrooms for my wife and I and they did one for my mother about a month ago. The problem I have is, I requested the same gentleman who did our bathrooms to do my mothers. And the day of installation, two different gentlemen showed up due to scheduling conflicts. The guys did a good job, but I had requested the other gentleman. I talked to the scheduler the day before they were supposed to come to my mother's house to confirm, and it was two different people the day of. They didn't do a bad job, but they weren't the people we requested.
The salesperson said that P.J. Fitzpatrick uses their own people to do the work, and they are highly trained. When the crew arrived, I asked them about the training; they were impartial, and they did not work for P.J. Fitzpatrick; they sent out contractors.
I highly recommend this dependable , professional, and trustworthy staff ! What a great team, I was pleasantly surprised a company like this still exists in these uncertain times. I had a shower installed for my family member who has special needs, and was appreciative of the skill, ongoing communication, custom design, and the completed project!!! Thanks to the entire team, you are not only skilled experts, you are upstanding, friendly, and professional !
