Good work by guys who installed my new door. Project Manager (PM), Sulaiman Sesau was horrible. I would not want him representing my company. Communication skills lacking. Install date came and went without call or text. I left a message asking for an update… no call back.
Guys came the next morning unannounced but were unable to install because I told them I was not available that morning. And oh by the way, even if I was available, they did not have the door. They were told the door was at my house. Called PM again. He Showed little concern about the situation. Agreed to have install the next afternoon and he would get back to me to confirm. Never heard back from him but guys showed and did a good job.
Forgot to mention an earlier appointment was made to double check measurements. No one showed. PM called three(3) hours later to tell me it wasn’t necessary to verify measurements. He should have notified me of this before I wasted my morning waiting.
Not a pleasant experience. Aggravated and angry customer.

The roof and gutter work was done well, but logistics and communication were lacking. The crew finished up almost a month ago, but there remains an open item that I've addressed with the foreman and the salesman that's still unresolved.
