We got estimates from a hand full of people, and the materials and the bids were very similar. The thing that really made the difference is I have solar panels. I have 84 panels on my roof. When we had them put on, the guy said if we ever had to get a roof it wouldn't be a big deal. It is just a few extra thousand, and that was not true. The estimates that we were getting, were ridiculous. PJ Fitzpatrick was willing to do it for significantly less. It would have been 30 thousand to have the panels taken off and put back on. The thought of getting a "guy" to do this, but they said they had worked with him many times and had no problems. I took their word for it. The guy came and did it and that was that. They had it done in a day. I could not believe they had it done in a day. They had the roof tore off and put back on in a day and that is amazing.

I would recommend P.J. Fitzpatrick to a friend because they did good work. The installation crew was great. They kept everything clean and completed the project fast in one day just like they said they would.

We were promised a gift certificate and have not received anything. P.J. Fitzpatrick canceled my appointment with only a 15-minute warning.

job caulk is not good. my home was left extra dirty from the use of dirty drop cloths, less water pressure, did not protect other brand new fixtures in my bathroom. wall boards are not straight, pipes not supported properly, etc.
