I put 1,000$ down. I waited 4 months for my front and storm door installation. When they finally came to install the doors, the storm door opened on the wrong side. Another one was ordered. It was not the dull glass door that I ordered. I just let them install the door anyway. I

After going back and forth for several months with another roofing company we reached out to PJ Fitzpatrick about a roof replacement. Kyle met with us the next day, walked through all of our options (including video of the roof and attic) and we signed a contract that day. A week later the new roof was installed with no issues and a few days later Dan stopped by to ensure clean-up was completed. Overall a very professional and stress-free experience. Highly recommended.
When I shared the cost of the roof replacement and guttering everyone was shocked at the cost and considered beyond their
means and felt substantially less charges were available.

I felt the wait time for the doors to arrive was long, but when they installed the doors, they were fine, but they never followed up with us after the project was completed. They canceled twice on the follow-up. We had some issues with the door that we had to correct ourselves.
While the team was great, delivered quality outcomes and maintained communication, there was one item that remained open as the hand-held supply line for my hall path had a slit in it. I appreciated the Team Lead's disclosure and trusted PJ to come through on the replacement order and install. Almost a year later, I am still waiting, and my follow-up email goes unanswered. Please the person who arranged the appointment is no longer with the company so I am hoping my next email will receive a favorable and appropriate response to remedy the outstanding item... then I would reassess as five stars.
Everything went as planned and the work looks beautiful. This will increase the value of my house.
