The crew were on time, friendly, got the work done in a timely manner.
It would be nice to have a soap dish, but I have now three shelves. I need a fourth shelf by the wooden seat, so that the soap is where I can reach it when I am sitting down. I cannot imagine why anyone would choose the bench for sitting! The water cannot drain and the surface is hard. Furthermore, it cannot be folded against the wall, like the wooden seat. If the bench were the only option for sitting, I would not have chosen Fitzpatrick. The sliding doors take some getting used to. The representative stated he would request that the doors would be fixed so that it would be easier to exit the shower. So I look forward to receiving a fourth shelf, and an extra handle on the inside of the shower door.

Our salesperson, Emily Bourne was very courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. She had good suggestions for our shower project, and quickly responded to all my questions after our initial meeting. The installer, Bob Colozzi, and his co-workers were careful to keep the work area and path to the door clean. Bob’s craftmanship and installation was top notch. When they were finished, everything was clean, right down to the removal of fingerprints. Everyone we encountered with PJ Fitzpatrick from the various Customer Service Reps. to Sam who inspected the installation and reviewed the warranty were extremely helpful. Having a lifetime warranty is an extra plus. The removal of the old tub, and installation of the walk-in shower took approx. 7 to 8 hours.
