The crew was very professional and worked quickly. They took care not to damage any of the flowers or plants and they quickly cleaned up their mess.

We have used Pfiefer for almost five years and have been satisfied with the service. This last service everyone was very knowledgeable and professional and courteous as before. From the sales person to all the guys working on the crew, they worked hard!! They did replace a section of gutter that was accidentally cut, at no charge because the crew thought they were replacing the gutters. Think the issue that surprised us was when the job was completed on a Tuesday, Thursday we had another company out for a different service that spotted dry rot under a gutter. We thought Pfeifer should have caught that on two occasions. First on initial visit, and last, when the gutters were being cleaned. We had to fill out a "Warranty Claim", which we did on Friday of that same week, three days after the job was completed, and waited all day for a response as we had to line up a painting company. There were also additional charges, unexpected, on the "Warranty." No response by later that day, Friday, so I called and cancelled the claim as we got someone else to fix the dry rot needed before the painting company started work. Talked to two different people at Pfeifer and one called back to talk more about the dry rot. I told her I could do better than that and sent her pictures I had taken. She texted after reviewing the pictures with an apology and a brief explanation. I did appreciate that to the fullest, but still didn't know how it was missed after the first inspection, and then after the gutters were cleaned. We would use Pfeifer again.

This company treated me like a neighbor. At least to this point. An estimate was given, no haggling was included, and they came and did the job and left and I paid what we agreed upon. Sam didn't hike the estimate, David didn't cut any corners, and Jorge and his crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. Good work, no mess, cleaned up every night and fast. I can't say enought good about them.

Skylight was removed and kept open all day, so debris fell down into our kitchen. We have found 10+ staples in our yard and we have a small child who plays out there. Our vents were also filled with staples and debris because they were left uncovered while the work was being completed. A metal staple got lodged in our oven vent fan which could have caused a fire. Communication was also poor and supplies showed up at our house without prior notification and crews were late multiple times. Our skylight was also installed incredibly crookedly and with lots of exposed wood. We had to have a professional contractor revise it inside so it didn’t look like scrap wood.

Everyone in the company was very knowledgeable and very professional in their communications from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a new roof, do yourself a favor and let Pfeifer give you a bid. The quality of the workmanship is great. Highly recommend.
