Pfeifer Roofing followed through on every detail as told to us by the Salesman, Brody. The crew was early everyday, worked long days, Cleaned up at the end of each day. The crew was also very communicative each day and very polite. This company is very exemplary of which every company should follow in how a company should be run.

From initial contact, communication and service were exceptional. Although this project must have been routine for Pfeifer, through the entire process, I felt that the team really valued a personal connection.

Pfeifer Roofing Inc. made the daunting task of replacing a roof look exceptionally easy. Everyone we dealt with from the initial phone call through the estimate and construction process all the way to the final walkthrough was knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to help. Construction can sometimes be a nightmare to have to go through. Pfeifer made it a breeze. I have confidence should I ever have a problem come up or should I need to have repairs made that I will experience the same professionalism and quality of work that they delivered when installing the roof.

I was really worried about this to start with. Once I received the estimate and they got going, it proved to be a very smooth operation.

I was very impressed with Pfeifer Roofing. Though my cottage is small, the job was a difficult one, taking over a week to complete. I had only layers of cedar shingles - no plywood sheeting.. The team that worked for me was a delight., clearly taking pride in their craft. The job site was carefully cleaned every evening, and great care was taken not to damage my garden. I did have less expensive bids, but am so glad I chose Pfeifer. The roof is solid and beautiful! I recommend this company without reservation.

I’ve never been one to post reviews, but didn’t want to pass up the opportunity to praise Pheifer Roofing for a job well done. I interviewed two other roofing companies before Pheifer Roofing. Then after my conversation with Jess of Pheifer Roofing, I knew immediately they were the company I was going with. Jess explained how the project would be done step-by-step and provided it in writing. They began the project and continued to work at our house until they had the job completely done. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They found issues I didn’t know existed that was already causing problems in my roof. They repaired each of them beyond my expectations. I also had a specific contact person throughout the job that was available if I had questions or concerns throughout the project. You can tell they really care about their customers. I have already recommended them to family and friends.I highly recommend this family owned business!

We are so happy with Pfeifer’s, they exceeded our expectations. We have a very steep angled roof and the crew worked hard. The roofers were so professional and cleaned up at the end of each work day. When the roof was completed they have someone come out and inspect and look it over. They ran the magnet again for nails. We will most definitely recommend them.

Pfeifer was referred to me and had I been someone who knew nothing about construction or didn’t have an architect inspect the work, I would have received very poor quality roof and skylights. In the end they worked with me to correct issues but we shall see how the roof tests during our first rainy season. My confidence is low.
