Horrible customer service, there is no follow up, I would not recommend this company at all.

We were promised Hallway carpet to be replaced - however Representative did not return and replace the carper. This was promised and not completed.

Chris Bonds and his team at Paul Davis made an overwhelming experience extremely bearable with their professionalism and work ethic. I am so glad that we worked with them and the results were fantastic!

I felt really confident after they arrived and explained the process, used a moisture meter, etc. However, when other employees returned a day later (earlier than planned) to collect the equipment, they just looked around and said it was good. No measuring at all. The same night, my tiles started squishing there was so much moisture underneath. The initial 2 employees were great, but the two they sent afterward seemed like they just wanted to get in and out and didn't care whatsoever whether the job was done.

Paul Davis Restoration of Mid - South once the work is started, they come in, begin the process and finish in a speedy matter.

Randle was a rockstar and when we had an issue he came out even on a Sunday and quickly resolved it.

They have a great gentleman that works for them named Casey. He treated me like family. Mr. Davis came out and delivered some things to me. They did a great job making sure I was comfortable.

Additional Comments - I woud say I could not have had a better experience with my insurance company, Alacrity Services, or Paul Davis Restoration. They treated me like family.

The people that came to my home were very professional. How ever they did not attempt to remove any of the waterthat had been in the house/ (removed the carpet upstairs). The down stairs of the house was still wet 2 weeks after they had removed their fans and dehumidifiers. it has been 2 months since the water damage I have had to call a mold removal contractor to do what they were supposed to do.

I am going to use Paul Davis again.
