Friendly and knowledgable staff, only took about two weeks to get glass ordered and installed. Much cheaper and faster to replace glass only, rather than replacing entire window fttings. This is based entirely on the Manufactueres recommended installation techniques per the scope of work to be performed. Such as location, what your fastening to etc.
