Patriot project management staff were great at getting my estimate prepared in a timely manner and recommending sources for material selection. They coordinated the work on site with their tradesman and were happy to assist when I had questions or wanted something done differently. Repairs were completed on time, and with great attention to detail. I have been happy to refer people I know looking for services to them.

Area Of Satisfaction - The gentlemen that showed up at my house were extremely professional and pleasant. They must also be wizards as they removed or stacked everything in my basement in an hour.

Within 1 week my insurance contacted me and explained they would investigate the charges, then a week later the owner of Patriot contacted me directly to resolve my issue with the bill. We came to an agreement of a set charge and I was reimbursed the difference by Patriot.
