While there were a few issues that were addressed to our satisfaction, the final product is great. We love our 4-season room and the support we received after installation. The staff is extremely courteous and all issues were promptly rectified.
Just the problems we've had with our salesperson and Jean, both were rude.

The workmanship was done in a timely and professional manner. There was no arguing or foul language between them. The whole experience was just really nice. We had received work from another organization beforehand and that was a nightmare, but working with Patriot Sunrooms was like a breath of spring. There was a night and day difference between those two experiences.

Patriot always came through and stood behind their product. This was a big project and I found the seasoned long term workers really knew their stuff and were very professional. And if you do it, you will find yourself living in your glass house all the time. - I love my conservatory but some things were missed in the planning like the drain for the split (cooling) and heating the stone floor for winter. However, it doesn't take away from having the most glorious room with the best views, Eagles flying overhead, sunshine during the day and sparkling stars at night. My only true regret, I waited until my 50's to put on the addition.
They didn't get the job.

If it were not for the mess with the concrete and the concrete repairs I would having given them the highest ratings across the board. The installer was very good, and came back and fixed issues that we had.
We were very pleased with the entire experience. We have gotten numerous compliments from neighbors abouthow nice our new windows look and the high level of workmanship they represent. A close neighbor who watched a good deal of the outside work told me he was impressed by how skilled and meticulous the installer (Rick) was. He didn't rush the process and was very careful to insulate any gaps between the windows and theframe. The new windows have made noticeable improvement in the noise level inside our house (we live under an approach to the St. Louis Lambert Airport). Shortly after there installation we had a couple of days with winds over 40 mph. We noticed "no" air leaks or drafts from our new windows from Patriot. We couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
If they could insulate the roof to not make so much noise it would be good.

We were kept informed of what time workers would be coming and what they would be doing. Most of our concerns were addressed. I liked that Patriot scheduled the inspectors to come out as well as the electricians. It is worth paying a little more to have those things included instead of having to do that yourself.
The crew still has to come back to fix something.
