Recognized Excellence - Dawn was awesome. She was available every step of the way. Very informative. I had problems having funds released, and Dawn was able to get that issue taken care of, on more than one occasion. I also needed an area touch up, and Dawn ensured a team was sent out to rectify the problem. She followed up with a phone call, once the team completed their work.
