We remain fully operational and continue to meet with current and prospective clients through a variety of mediums. On Monday, March 23rd, we were designated an Essential Business by the Commonwealth of Virginia. We remain open for business, ready to serve you with the same dedication, craftsmanship and service excellence you expect and deserve.
We have implemented safety protocols for our Design Center and Your Home - ensuring the safety of our customers, our team and our partners.
Our Design Center...we are open to our customers by appointment only, outside vendors and delivery personnel are not permitted, and we are disinfecting each day. We have signage posted at all of our entrances regarding our protocols and what to do if you are sick (including not entering our design center).
Your Home... While your Paragon Project Manager will be reviewing with you specific measures we are taking for your project, our general procedure is as follows:
Post Paragon's Protocols at the exterior of you Home where we are working or at our primary entrance to your Home.
Provide and Wear personal protective equipment (e.g. body suites, such as Tyvek suits, shoe covers, masks and gloves) that our team and partners will be wearing while working in your Home or on/with any finished surfaces on the exterior (e.g. related to decks, porches, sunrooms, railings).
For interior projects, continue to utilize and expand the use of floor protection, plastic Zip walls and our BuildClean HEPA air filtration system.
Clean and Disinfect at the end of each day - following CDC Guidelines for Cleaning & Disinfecting, we will clean and disinfect where we enter and/or where we are working on finished surfaces at your home.
Our Vehicles and Trailers...following CDC Guidelines for Cleaning & Disinfecting, we will clean and disinfect our tools, our vehicles and trailers at the end of each day.

There was Kevin, Les, the project manager, and the other young man. They did an outstanding job. They did such a great job. I've been in the military for twenty five years. We deal with customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, integrity--everything you want to say about a person. They were awesome. They kept my wife informed from the beginning of the project to the very end. Even at the end of the project, Les called to say, 'Merry Christmas to you and your family; if you need anything, let me know.'

Areas Of Satisfaction - Paragon consistently met or exceeded our expectations both with its professionalism and quality of work and service.

Recognized Excellence - Before heading home after a long day of work, Jeremy was frequently seen circling our house at dusk, picking up nails to protect the feet of our dogs. This sort of service transitions into friendship.

Yes I will!. Haven worked with numerous contractors for various projects, I can testify that this has been the most pleasant experience that I have ever had. Because of the pandemic there were several issues that had to be addressed with material deliver and quality but the project was still completed on time and the quality of work exceptional. I believe the key to this project’s success was the communication from Parargon and tracking of everything in Buildertrend
Timing couldn't have been worse for our project, and while I can't hold Paragon responsible for all the trouble we had getting the porches on our home replaced in a timely manner, things could have gone more smoothly if all materials for the job had been secured before the first day or work. The tools for communicating with Paragon were very easy to use and they were very responsive to our concerns. Because of material-access issues, Paragon had to use two separate teams on the project. Once everyone was on the same page, things went well enough.
The work was very professional, staff excellent and very helpful. Would recommend without hesitation, in fact I have more home improvements to do, and I will be calling them. Excellent company!!!!

Paragon Construction Company's installation team was very professional. They came in and sealed off the area to work in from the rest of the house. The impact was the job for us was well maintained.
Areas For Improvement - There were no areas when Paragon Construction Company fell short of my expectations. They did a good job all the way around.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the installation team. They were great. They came in and took extra precautions because of COVID-19. They were plastic suits and were putting up plastic for the job. They were very courteous about the issues or concerns the customers had.
Recognized Excellence - The whole team was good and they all did a great job.
Very professional and high quality firm. Everyone at Paragon that we dealt with was courteous and very knowledgeable as they helped guide us through the process of adding on a sizable bathroom addition. Every detail was considered and there were a lot of details. We had a vision and with Paragon's expertise that vision was realized as the final product looks amazing! This firm may not be the cheapest in town; however, if you want professional high quality work where attention to detail is paramount you can't go wrong with Paragon.
Areas Of Satisfaction - First and foremost the People! Everyone we worked and interacted with at Paragon was a joy. Joann, Les, and Zach were aces when it came to doing the work - you guys are the cogs that turn the wheels.The project management and communications - from the people to the tool Buildertrend, was top notch. We always knew what was happening and when so we never felt blindfolded and ear plugged in the dark. This is so much a very good thing.Attention to detail - without this, the project does not go smoothly and the entire process is nothing but a headache and I don't know about you but I hate headaches. Well done and Three Cheers!!
Current Referrals - Have recommend Paragon to at least 3 friends (sorry we just don't have many more than that), one of which is in active discussions for an addition and remodel work.
Recognized Excellence - While is was a pleasure working with everyone at Paragon all of whom could be named here - our nod goes to Joann. In our opinion, she earned a sizable bonus, if not a partnership in the company, for her exceptional work on our addition (and let's not forget the front door!)
We worked with Paragon to plan and build our Sunroom. It was an easy and comfortable journey from the beginning to the end. The office staff, the work crew and the company all were a delight to work with even in these strange times of Covid19. We can't say enough nice things about the journey with this company. They deserve a great deal more than 5 stars.Thank you Paragon as we sit and enjoy our sunroom!
We had initially contracted with another company to build our deck. What a mistake that was as the contractor disappeared on us. After a year of waiting for this previous contractor, Paragon came to the rescue and built a beautiful deck for us. The project has been completed for several weeks now and we have spent almost every nice day on the deck. The team was amazing throughout the whole project!!
Sales Solutions - Scott truly listened to our needs. We had provided him with a good idea of what we are looking to build but also shared some concerns of the possibility of crowded space in the backyard. He came up with a design that eliminated our concern and it turned out to be beautiful!
Project Manager Professionalism - Les was exceptional!! We hope to work with him again.
Clean & Safe - The team was very considerate and made sure our dog and child were safe in the backyard, while the project was going on.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Listening to our needs and not making assumptions and decisions on our behalf. They listened to our product and gave us beyond our expectation!
Recognized Excellence - Les, our project manager. We felt like a family member was managing our project. In addition, Scott was wonderful with communication and consulting on design with us. We had worked with Scott before on another large project and were truly happy to work with him again on this project.
