As retired realtors, we have worked through dozens of building projects. That background enabled us to more easily determine which builder would best serve our needs. Of those we interviewed, Jeremy Shank of Paragon stood out head and shoulders above the others.
Our needs are unique, special, and restrictive. Jeremy displayed an understanding immediately, and had solutions ready, as if he had anticipated the questions. The project managers, both exterior and interior, were constantly looking for anything unexpected, and were quick to explain any minor issues that were bound to occur.
My overall assessment is that Jeremy Shank is a design savant, and Paragon has the best project managers, subs, and personnel available. They took a project more difficult than most, and made it seem almost easy due to hard work performed by a great team.
