It is a nice subdivision with well built homes. But needs more of a community feel with amenities and walking trails.

Love it here. Would like to see more progress on retail in the area and the amphitheater.

Very disappointed in OC's response to my new home's issue with attic pipes and water heater freezing. I had five circuits freeze due to lack of insulation. The water was left dripping as suggested by OC prior to the drop in temperature. When I called and reported the problem they were slow to respond and only after multiple calls. We had no hot water and I was concerned that water would soon begin leaking from the ceiling of our new home. I pointed out gaps and missing piping insulation they said this was normal. My attic temperature was about 25 degrees and water heater froze solid. I requested a meeting with David Blackburn and showed him pictures. He told me if he reinsulated my pipes that he would have to do it for all the houses. He further told me that insulation was cheep and easy to install and something I could d. I do not feel comfortable crawling across rafters in the attic at 67 years old.

Adam and Cassidy were attentive and were available for all of the questions I had. I greatly appreciated their patience.

The whole process to this point has been outstanding. We've been dealing with Adam and Cassidy for the most part, and everything has been simple and it's been a pleasure.

Cassidy and Adam are exceptional professionals and we have thoroughly enjoyed working with them...my wife and I cannot wait to join the Oxford Commons community next summer once our home is built.

Great staff - Cassidy and Adam truly made the process enjoyable and stress free. Kevin and Ken both very helpful. We love the quality of the home and the value. The home is well build and the team used upgraded materials. Overall a very positive experience. The only issue we experienced was completion of the punch list items. Not all completed prior to closing and a month later we're still working through a couple of them.

The folks at Oxford Commons were great. Overall, a very good experience and we are very pleased with our new home. We really enjoyed working with Dawn the interior designer, she was great, we could not have done it without her. She made it all come together.

I loved the whole process from start to finish! The sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful and the design team listened and facilitated my design ideas. I needed to be in by a certain date and they did everything in their power to make that happen. I love the end result and plan on spending many years enjoying my home and new neighborhood.

Up to the point where the actual commitment to build was made the process was very good. The sales and design team were very patient and understanding with our decision making and timetable.However since we have signed our contract it has been very difficult to remain in contract with Oxford Commons.We live about 350 miles away and therefore checking on things is difficult. We have had no response from design or construction staff despite multiple attempts to reach via email and text. Our only salvation is that one of the sales staff I a personal friend and he has provided us limited information. There has been a change in staff at Oxford Commons and who we are now supposed to be in contact with and how we should reach them has not been made clear.

Dave Blackburn and his team of professionals built us a beautiful courtyard home. We couldn't be more pleased.
