We went all the way back to the purchase order, and when we realized it was during the installation. The project manager counted and said we're one window short. I was very pleased with what they were doing. I told them it was ok - just an honest mistake. The two owners came to my house that day to see how they were doing, and that topic came up. I said we came up one window short, and they stepped back. It was an honest mistake. They asked what they could do about it. Obviously, we'd order that last window, but I asked that they please quote me the best price that they could. They said they would take care of it. It was their fault, not mine. I was floored. Their windows are not cheap. There was a mistake made, and they took ownership of it completely. You don't see that very often anymore. That says a lot. Projects aren't going to go perfectly, but if there are issues, they are there to deal with them. That says a lot about their integrity.

Additional Comments - They came with a film crew and did a bunch of filming and took a bunch of pictures. I provided a video testimonial. I think they are making something for their website. I was very, very pleased from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services. It was one of the most professional dealings I have had recently.
