Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the sales guy; he was really good. I would also like to recognize the on-site go to person, the project manager/ foreman, were excellent. They were both very young, and I was like, have they done this before? It was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing and were very knowledgeable.

Additional Comments - The customer service, in general, anytime I would call them, or they would call me, it was very easy to communicate with the office. Everybody there, was helpful. Sometimes when you call and have to leave a message it takes a couple of days, but the girls there, were on it.

Thoroughly knowledgable sales team with quick response times and all questions answered to satisfaction.

I worked with a guy named Matt. He went above and beyond regarding customer service and being there on time. We all had a little traffic that morning, and he called to let me know. I was really appreciative of that. I was having traffic the same day, and we were coming from different directions. His entire crew had traffic, the same day, from another direction. We all got there, and he called me on the way in and talked about it, and I said it's all good.

Sales Knowledge - Emma Reyes, was beyond knowledgeable. She was a guru, and I was so very impressed. I used this service before, and she was my sales representative the first time. She did such a great job, I called her back the second time. I will do it again if I have to. I would give her a 5 plus.

North Georgia Replacement Windows' quality and responsiveness is the best. They were very responsive after the installation. We had some small hiccups, and they came back very quickly and within an hour to fix what needed to be fixed. The quality is great. The price is reasonable and very respectable.

I had the windows installed and really liked that I can see out now with what I have. It is just beautiful. It is a picture moment out here. It is really great.

I spent a lot of money on your windows and installation. The windows are fine but concerning the installation, you destroyed my home security system. You said you could install new wired detectors on the windows which I agreed to for a cost of $2200. After they were done with the installation and left. I tried to set my security system and it failed. As of today, I have 10 windows out of 29 that are secured. I received one a quote for $3,300 to get the system running. I am really upset at North Georgia and could not give you a positive recommendation.
